Poturalski played a pair of games with the Kraken this week, averaging only 6:53 of ice time against Chicago and Toronto. He failed to hit the scoresheet in those contests. Poturalski has two goals and seven points in 11 AHL games this season.

Kraken's Max McCormick: Called up from AHL
McCormick was recalled from AHL Coachella Valley on Friday.
The 31-year-old journeyman had eight goals and 17 points in 16 AHL games before his recall. McCormick has played 91 NHL games with Ottawa, Carolina and Seattle during his career, scoring eight times while adding six assists.

Kraken's Jaden Schwartz: Out six weeks
Schwartz (lower body) is expected to miss the next six weeks, per Geoff Baker of the Seattle Times.
Schwartz was apparently injured a week ago versus Vancouver, but he managed to play Tuesday versus the Blackhawks. He left after his first shift in the third period and did not return. It's a big loss for the Kraken, as Schwartz was the Kraken's second-leading goal scorer at the time of the injury with eight goals.

Kraken's Tye Kartye: Bags apple Thursday
Kartye notched an assist, three shots on goal and two PIM in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Maple Leafs.
Kartye has two goals and an assist during his three-game point streak. The 22-year-old is seeing a more significant role due to Jaden Schwartz (lower body) and Brandon Tanev (lower body) joining Andre Burakovsky (upper body) among the Kraken's injured players. Kartye has eight points, 47 shots, 40 hits, 25 PIM and an even plus-minus rating through 23 outings this season. He should continue to play regularly as long as the Kraken are missing any regulars up front.

Larsson didn't do much over the first month of the campaign, but he's picked up a goal and three assists over his last five games. The 31-year-old defenseman is up to six points, 44 shots on net, 48 blocked shots, 47 hits, 14 PIM and a minus-6 rating through 24 outings overall. Larsson's biggest contributions will almost always be in the physical categories.

Kraken's Oliver Bjorkstrand: Pockets power-play helper
Bjorkstrand recorded a power-play assist and nine shots on goal in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Maple Leafs.
Bjorkstrand racked up five goals and seven assists, including five power-play points, over 14 games in November. The 28-year-old winger has been a pleasant surprise from a middle-six role this season, earning 20 points (eight on the power play) over 24 contests. He's added 60 shots on net, 18 hits and a plus-2 rating. Bjorkstrand's shooting percentage is a reasonable 11.7, suggesting he could push for the 30-goal and 60-point marks this season, though his playmaking has been stronger than his finishing so far.

Kraken's Jordan Eberle: Nabs power-play assist
Eberle logged a power-play assist and three shots on goal in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Maple Leafs.
Eberle has two goals and six assists over eight games since his return from a leg injury. He went into Thursday scoreless over his previous two appearances before earning a helper on a Jared McCann tally in the second period. Eberle has provided modest offense compared to his top-line role -- he's at 12 points, 46 shots on net and a minus-4 rating through 21 outings.

Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Marnerized in loss
Grubauer made 25 saves in a 4-3 shootout loss to Toronto on Thursday.
He was victimized by Mitchell Marner, who not only drained a hat trick but also notched the winner in the shootout. Grubauer is 5-7-1 with a 3.37 GAA and .882 save percentage. So far, this is the third straight season where Grubauer has put up a save percentage below .895. He's a hard man to roll out in your blue paint.

McCann scored two goals Thursday in a 4-3 shootout loss to the Maple Leafs.
McCann has six points, including four goals, in his last five games. Hockey pundits were shocked by his opportunistic 40 goals last season, but McCann is currently on a 38-goal pace. Maybe all he needed was real opportunity from a coach that trusted him to deliver. And deliver he has. McCann has 11 goals and five assists in 24 games this season. Four of his goals have come on the power play.

Tanev (lower body) is slated to remain sidelined heading into Thursday's clash with Toronto, Geoff Baker of the Seattle Times reports.
Tanev was already on the shelf for 14 games earlier this season and is now poised to miss his second straight contest due to this current lower-body issue. Considering the Toronto native has managed a mere two points in eight outings this season, few fantasy players are likely to be impacted by his continued absence.

Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Set to face Maple Leafs
Grubauer will patrol the visiting crease versus Toronto on Thursday, per Mark Masters of TSN.
Grubauer has struggled since signing with the Kraken three seasons ago, going 40-52-9 with an .889 save percentage. This season has been no different, as Grubauer is 5-7-0 with a 3.42 GAA and .881 save percentage. The Maple Leafs are 14th in NHL scoring, averaging 3.30 goals per contest.

McCann notched an assist, two shots on goal and two PIM in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Blackhawks.
McCann stole the puck at his own blue line, rushed into the zone, and then dropped a bank pass off the boards for Matty Beniers, who scored on his own rebound. The helper was McCann's fourth point over the last four games -- he seems to have steadied his play after a tough early half of the month. The 27-year-old is up to nine goals, five assists, 63 shots on net, 15 PIM and a minus-10 rating through 23 appearances.

Kraken's Philipp Grubauer: Allows four goals in road loss
Grubauer allowed four goals on just 23 shots in Tuesday's 4-3 road loss against the Blackhawks.
Grubauer was back in goal after dealing with an undisclosed injury, which forced him out for two games. He didn't have his best showing, allowing four even-strength goals. However, he was able to pick up the secondary assist on Alex Wennberg's shorthanded tally late in the first period for a little bit of a bonus. Grubauer and the Kraken will look to get back on track Thursday night against the Maple Leafs.
