Golden Knights' William Karlsson: Out through trade deadline
Karlsson (lower body) is not expected back before the March 6 trade deadline, SinBin Vegas reports Monday.
Karlsson could be in danger of missing the rest of the season, and it appears surgery has not been ruled out. If the team does officially shut the 33-year-old center down, it would be able to get the full relief from his $5.9 million cap hit. If this does mark the end of his season, Karlsson will finish the year having generated four goals and three assists in 14 contests.

Golden Knights' Noah Hanifin: Generates pair of assists
Hanifin logged two assists, two shots on goal and two PIM in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Hanifin logged his first multi-point effort since Dec. 27 versus the Avalanche. The 28-year-old blueliner put up 10 assists over 11 games while Shea Theodore was sidelined by an upper-body injury, but Hanifin now has second billing on the Golden Knights' blue line. For the season, Hanifin is at 18 points, 82 shots on net, 48 blocked shots, 20 hits and a minus-4 rating across 34 appearances in a top-four role.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Three assists but goal streak ends
Stone registered three assists, including two on the power play, and added two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Stone's goal streak ended at seven games, but he was still productive. He helped out on three straight goals, scored by Pavel Dorofeyev, Jack Eichel and Tomas Hertl as the Golden Knights pulled ahead in the first period and added on with a strong middle frame. Stone is up to 41 points (15 goals, 26 helpers), which includes 18 power-play points, through 28 appearances this season. He's added 67 shots on net, 21 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating while seeing steady top-six minutes.

Golden Knights' Zach Whitecloud: Lights lamp in blowout win
Whitecloud scored a goal on two shots and blocked two shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Whitecloud snapped his 10-game point drought with his goal at 12:25 of the second period. The 29-year-old continues to work in a top-four role as a shutdown defenseman, so offense is likely to be limited despite a healthy share of playing time. He's at two goals, six points, 31 shots on net, 20 PIM, 71 hits, 62 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating over 44 appearances.

Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Deposits empty-netter
Theodore scored an empty-net goal on two shots, blocked two shots and went plus-3 in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Theodore has scored in consecutive games since recovering from an upper-body injury that cost him 11 contests. The 30-year-old defenseman has immediately returned to first-pairing minutes and a spot on the top power-play unit, which bodes well for his offense moving forward as well. He's at six goals, 22 points, 78 shots on net, 50 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 33 outings.

Golden Knights' Pavel Dorofeyev: Racks up three points Sunday
Dorofeyev scored a power-play goal on three shots, dished two assists, blocked two shots and added two PIM in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
One of his assists also came on the power play. The winger had 11 points over 13 outings in December, but he had been limited to two points in the first five games of January before Sunday's big performance. Dorofeyev is up to 17 goals, 33 points, 115 shots on net and a minus-8 rating across 44 appearances this season. The 25-year-old continues to be highly effective on the power play, where he's earned 19 of his points so far.

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Pots pair of goals in win
Eichel scored twice on seven shots, added two PIM and went plus-2 in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Eichel played a big role early on, opening the scoring at 7:19 of the first period and adding the eventual game-winner at 4:19 of the second. The 29-year-old center has four goals and three assists during a five-game point streak. That run has gotten him to 16 goals, 48 points, 139 shots on net and a plus-7 rating across 37 appearances this season.

Golden Knights' Tomas Hertl: Erupts with five points Sunday
Hertl scored twice on four shots, added three assists and went plus-3 in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
Hertl went ballistic on offense in this game against his former team. One goal and one assist came on the power play, but Hertl was effective in all areas during the massive performance. He's now at 18 goals, 39 points (16 on the power play), 120 shots on net, 55 hits and a minus-1 rating through 44 appearances. Since Hertl was traded to Vegas on March 8, 2024, he's racked up six goals and six assists over seven games against the Sharks, with nine of those points coming over four matchups in 2025-26.

Golden Knights' Carl Lindbom: Earns second win of season
Lindbom stopped 18 of 20 shots in Sunday's 7-2 win over the Sharks.
The Golden Knights gave Lindbom plenty of support to pick up his second win of the year. He's on the NHL roster because Carter Hart (lower body) is week-to-week and Adin Hill (lower body) isn't ready to play yet. Lindbom has gone 2-4-2 with a 2.99 GAA and an .873 save percentage over eight games at the NHL level this season. Expect Akira Schmid to handle a starter's workload in the short term, though Lindbom may be tasked with another start either Wednesday versus the Kings or Thursday at home against the Maple Leafs if Hill and Hart are both out for that back-to-back set.

Golden Knights' Brett Howden: Managing lower-body injury
Howden isn't in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Sharks due to a lower-body injury, SinBin.vegas reports.
Howden is considered day-to-day due to his injury, and he'll have a few days to rest before Wednesday's matchup against the Kings. Alexander Holtz will take his place in the lineup against San Jose. Howden has logged points in six of his last nine appearances, recording four goals, two assists, 12 hits, three blocked shots and two PIM while averaging 14:59 of ice time across that span.

Golden Knights' Carl Lindbom: Tending twine in San Jose
Lindbom will patrol the road blue paint against the Sharks on Sunday, according to Max Miller of NHL.com.

The Sharks have won three straight games and six of their last seven, a span in which they have netted a whopping 31 goals.

Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Nets game-winner in return
Theodore scored the game-winning goal on two shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Theodore missed 11 games due to an upper-body injury. He returned Saturday and led the Golden Knights with 21:57 of ice time, so he looks prepared to handle a full workload moving forward. The 30-year-old's tally also stood as the game-winner, his third such goal this season. The defenseman is at five goals, 21 points, 76 shots on net, 48 blocked shots and a plus-6 rating over 32 appearances. Theodore should be productive if he can stay healthy for the remainder of the campaign, though that's no guarantee -- he's missed at least 15 contests in each of the last three campaigns.

Golden Knights' Mark Stone: Streak stays alive with late goal
Stone scored an empty-net goal and added five PIM in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Stone fought Brayden Schenn after the former's hit knocked Philip Broberg (upper body) out of the game in the first period. In the end, Stone got the last laugh, potting the empty-netter to extend his goal streak to seven games. The winger is up to 15 goals, 38 points, 65 shots on net and a plus-7 rating over 27 appearances. He's also earned seven PIM, though dropping the mitts will likely take him out of the Lady Byng conversation this year.

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Finds twine in win
Eichel scored a goal on four shots and went plus-2 in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Eichel has two goals and three assists during his four-game point streak. His tally Saturday put the Golden Knights ahead 2-1 early in the second period. The star center is up to 14 goals, 46 points, 132 shots on net, a plus-5 rating, 21 hits and 24 blocked shots through 36 appearances. Eichel should be a fixture in most fantasy lineups for his lofty scoring potential.

Golden Knights' Mitch Marner: Two points in 700th career game
Marner scored a goal on three shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Marner tallied in the first period and added a helper on a Shea Theodore goal in the second. This was Marner's 700th career regular-season game, and he's earned a total of 231 goals and 556 assists (787 points) so far. This was his third multi-point effort in a row, putting him at 10 goals, 46 points, 80 shots on net and a plus-10 rating through 43 appearances in his first year in Vegas.

Golden Knights' Akira Schmid: Light work Saturday
Schmid stopped 17 of 19 shots in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Blues.
Schmid has won back-to-back outings, allowing four goals on 43 shots in that span. The 25-year-old has a chance to carve out some time as the team's go-to starter in the absence of Adin Hill (lower body) and Carter Hart (lower body), with the latter being week-to-week after getting hurt Thursday. Schmid is up to 13-4-5 on the season with a 2.49 GAA and an .895 save percentage over 23 appearances. He may not get the nod Sunday in San Jose, but Schmid is likely to start either Wednesday in Los Angeles or Thursday at home versus the Maple Leafs.

Golden Knights' Shea Theodore: Removed from IR
Theodore (upper body) was activated from injured reserve Saturday, per the NHL media site.
Following an 11-game absence, Theodore will return to a second-pairing role and should see time on the power play. He has amassed four goals, 20 points, 74 shots on net and 48 blocked shots in 31 appearances this season. Vegas returned Dylan Coghlan to AHL Henderson in a corresponding move.
