  • Rangers' Jonny Brodzinski: Adds helper in win

Brodzinski produced an assist and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Brodzinski has two points over his last three games since he took over as the third-line center. The 31-year-old is up to a total of eight points, 26 shots on net and a plus-6 rating through 23 appearances. His ice time is still pretty limited, so it's unlikely he'll be consistent enough to help in most fantasy formats, especially with a lack of non-scoring production.

  • Rangers' K'Andre Miller: Contributes helper in win

Miller provided an assist, two hits and four blocked shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Miller has two goals and four assists over his last eight outings. The 25-year-old defenseman set up Vincent Trocheck's game-tying goal in the third period. Miller has taken a step back on offense for the second year in a row -- he's at just 13 points through 47 outings, though it appears he's turning things around with his recent play. He's added 72 shots on net, 72 hits, 68 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating while seeing top-four minutes.

  • Rangers' Adam Fox: Puts up assist in win

Fox logged a shorthanded assist in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Fox has a helper in back-to-back contests following a three-game dry spell in which he went minus-5. The 26-year-old defenseman had the secondary helper on Chris Kreider's tally in the third period. Fox is up to 42 points (16 on the power play, two shorthanded), 89 shots on net, 73 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 53 appearances this season as the Rangers' top blueliner.

  • Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Dishes pair of helpers

Zibanejad notched two assists, one while shorthanded, and two blocked shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

This was Zibanejad's second multi-point effort in a row, and he's earned six points over his last three outings. He set up Artemi Panarin on the opening goal and Chris Kreider on a shorthanded tally that stood as the game-winner. Zibanejad is up to 35 points, 120 shots on net, 35 blocks and a minus-24 rating over 53 appearances. He's played on the right wing since the Rangers traded for J.T. Miller, and the extra positional flexibility Zibanejad could eventually receive will bolster his fantasy value, especially if he stays productive on offense.

  • Rangers' Chris Kreider: Nets shortie in win

Kreider scored a shorthanded goal on two shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Kreider cashed in on a pass from Mika Zibanejad in the third period for what ended up being the game-winning goal. While those two forwards aren't even-strength linemates anymore, they remain a key part of the penalty kill. Kreider has two points through three outings in February and is up to 16 goals, three assists, 112 shots on net, 60 hits and a minus-7 rating over 45 outings. He's earned six points on the power play and three while shorthanded.

  • Rangers' Vincent Trocheck: Tallies in Wednesday's win

Trocheck scored a goal on two shots, added two PIM, logged three hits and blocked two shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Trocheck had been held off the scoresheet over the previous three contests. He may be adjusting to a new linemate, as he's centering Reilly Smith and Alexis Lafreniere since the Rangers brought in J.T. Miller via trade. Trocheck won't be a leader on offense, but he can chip in good all-around production. He's at 16 goals, 33 points, 137 shots on net, 153 hits, 56 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 53 appearances in a top-six role this season.

  • Rangers' Artemi Panarin: Opens scoring in win

Panarin scored a goal on four shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Panarin has scored in consecutive contests and has earned five points over his last three outings. The winger converted on a pass from Mika Zibanejad to open the scoring 6:07 into the second period. Panarin is up to 23 goals, 57 points, 157 shots on net and a minus-7 rating through 51 appearances. The Rangers' new-look top line with Panarin and Zibanejad centered by J.T. Miller has played well, so all three should be major factors in fantasy for the rest of the campaign.

  • Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Defeats Bruins

Shesterkin stopped 15 of 17 shots in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Bruins.

Shesterkin got revenge for his previous outing, when he surrendered five goals on 24 shots against the Bruins on Saturday. He wasn't tested very much Wednesday, and aside from a 16-second span in the middle frame in which he gave up both goals, he got the job done to end a three-game losing streak. Shesterkin is up to 18-18-2 with a 2.86 GAA and a .906 save percentage over 38 starts. The Rangers have a back-to-back left before the 4 Nations Face-Off break, so expected Shesterkin and Jonathan Quick to split the starts between Friday's home game versus the Penguins and Saturday's road contest in Columbus.

  • Rangers' Urho Vaakanainen: Sitting out Wednesday

Vaakanainen (illness) won't play versus the Bruins on Wednesday.

This will be Vaakanainen's first game out of the lineup since he returned from an upper-body injury in December following his trade to the Rangers from the Ducks. Zac Jones will get a chance to check into the lineup. Vaakanainen can be considered day-to-day ahead of Friday's game versus the Penguins.

  • Rangers' Igor Shesterkin: Set to start Wednesday

Shesterkin is set to start at home against the Bruins on Wednesday, according to Peter Baugh of The Athletic.

Shesterkin has struggled recently, dropping his past three starts while allowing 14 goals on 72 shots (.806 save percentage). He's 17-18-2 with a 2.89 GAA and a .907 save percentage in 37 outings this campaign. Boston ranks 25th in goals per game with 2.76.

  • Rangers' Adam Edstrom: Lands on IR

Edstrom (lower body) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, per the NHL media site.

Edstrom is expected to miss the rest of the regular season -- his official timeline is two and a half to three and a half months. The 24-year-old's placement on injured reserve opens a roster spot for the Rangers should they need to call up a player in the future.

  • Rangers' Adam Edstrom: Facing extended absence

Edstrom (lower body) will be sidelined for two and a half to three and a half months, Mollie Walker of the New York Post reports Tuesday.

Edstrom was injured in Saturday's 6-3 loss to Boston and did not play Sunday against the Golden Knights. Given Edstrom's timeline, the 6-foot-7 forward may not return to game action in the regular season. Jimmy Vesey and Arthur Kaliyev should receive more opportunities to play in Edstrom's stead.

  • Rangers' Adam Fox: Snags helper Sunday

Fox registered an assist in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Prior to Sunday, Fox had been held off the scoresheet in three consecutive games for the first time since mid-December. The 26-year-old set up an Alexis Lafreniere tally early in the second period. Fox is now at three goals, 38 assists, 88 shots on net, 72 blocked shots and a plus-3 rating through 52 appearances in a top-pairing role.

  • Rangers' Alexis Lafreniere: Nets goal Sunday

Lafreniere scored a goal, blocked two shots and provided three hits in Sunday's 4-2 win against Vegas.

Lafreniere tallied early in the second period to level the game at 1-1. The 23-year-old winger is up to 14 goals, 31 points, 73 hits and 123 shots on net in 52 appearances this season. While the first overall selection from the 2020 NHL Entry Draft has experienced dry spells on offense throughout the season, he has six points across his last seven contests. With the Rangers playing at an elevated level over the past month, Lafreniere is in a good situation on the second line and should come close to his career-best point total of 57 points from last season.

  • Rangers' J.T. Miller: Two apples in win

Miller provided two assists, had five hits and took two shots on net in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Both of Miller's assists were in the third period when he helped linemates Mika Zibanejad and Artemi Panarin tally goals. The Rangers' new center has multi-point performances in both appearances since his return to the franchise. The 31-year-old has 11 goals, 28 assists, 90 shots on net and 100 hits in 42 appearances this season. Miller has exhibited early signs of chemistry with the rest of New York's top line as all three forwards have four points in the last two games. His situation has improved with the trade away from Vancouver as the Rangers make a push towards the playoffs. Miller is in a strong spot to produce at the elite-level pace we saw from his career-best 103-point season a year ago.

  • Rangers' Artemi Panarin: Three points in win

Panarin scored a power-play goal, dished two assists and took four shots on goal in Sunday's 4-2 win over Vegas.

All three of Panarin's points came in the third period including his power-play goal with just under two minutes to go. Sunday's performance was his third with multiple power-play points this season. The 33-year-old winger is up to 22 goals, 34 assists, 56 points and 153 shots on net in 50 contests this year. Panarin currently ranks just outside the top 20 on the NHL's point leaderboard. He has four points since the addition of J.T. Miller to the Rangers' top line. Panarin is in an improved situation with his new center and is likely to challenge the 90-point mark this season.

  • Rangers' K'Andre Miller: Game-winning goal Sunday

Miller netted the game-winning goal and blocked two shots in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

Miller's go-ahead tally came on a slap shot with just under nine minutes to go in the contest. His goal gave the Rangers their first lead of the game. The 25-year-old defenseman is up to four goals, eight assists, 72 shots on net, 70 hits and 64 blocks across 46 appearances this season. Despite a slow start to the season offensively, Miller has five points across his last seven games. With his recent flow of offensive production, the blueliner has received more power-play opportunities. Miller provides good category coverage, and his momentum makes him a strong option on the waiver wire in deeper leagues.

  • Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Excels in third period Sunday

Zibanejad scored a power-play goal and registered two assists in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Golden Knights.

After a quiet first two periods of the game, the 31-year-old forward erupted for three points in the final period. Zibanejad's goal and second assist came on the power play. He is up to 10 goals, 23 assists and 119 shots on net in 52 games this season. Zibanejad is thriving with four points over his last two games following the addition of his new linemate J.T. Miller. With the Rangers making a run at a playoff spot, Zibanejad is in a strong position to do damage in fantasy if the top line continues its early signs of synergy. He is unlikely to match his point total of 72 from a season ago but can heavily close that gap in the coming weeks.
