    Anderson picked up the primary assists on a pair of Jason Dickinson goals Tuesday. It's just the third multi-point game for Anderson this year, who had two points (a goal and an assist) in his previous 14 contests. The 25-year-old winger now has 14 points (three goals, 14 assists) through 45 games in a bottom-six role this season.

  • Blackhawks' Landon Slaggert: Grabs first two NHL points

    Slaggert recorded a pair of assists in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Flames.

    Playing in his sixth NHL game, Slaggert grabbed his first point with an assist on Jason Dickinson's goal late in the opening period. The 21-year-old Slaggert quickly added a second point with a helper on another Dickinson tally early in the second. Before joining the Blackhawks, Slaggert posted 20 goals and 31 points in 36 appearances with Notre Dame. While Slaggert isn't expected to provide a ton of offense at the professional level, the 2020 third-round pick should bring some physicality to Chicago's bottom six.

  • Blackhawks' Petr Mrazek: Turns aside 39 in win

    Mrazek stopped 39 of 40 shots in Tuesday's 3-1 victory over Calgary.

    Mrazek was excellent against a barrage of Calgary shots Tuesday, blanking the Flames until MacKenzie Weegar's tally midway through the third period. It's Mrazek's fourth win in his last six starts as the 32-year-old netminder improves to 17-26-4 on the campaign with a .906 save percentage and a 3.07 GAA. Mrazek figures to be back between the pipes Thursday when the Blackhawks visit Ottawa.

  • Blackhawks' Jason Dickinson: Scores twice in win

    Dickinson tallied a pair of goals in Tuesday's 3-1 win over the Flames.

    Dickinson extended Chicago's lead to 2-0 late in the first period, beating Jacob Markstrom with a one-timer. He'd add another goal, his 20th of the season, with a wrister from the slot. The 28-year-old Dickinson had gone six games without a point prior to Tuesday's contest. Still, he's set career highs with 20 goals and 33 points through 72 outings this season.

    Mrazek is coming off a 26-save performance in Saturday's 5-4 overtime win over San Jose. In 49 appearances this season, he has earned a 16-26-4 record with a 3.11 GAA and a .904 save percentage. The Flames rank 17th in the league this campaign with 3.09 goals per contest.
