Titans' Cedric Gray: Practices fully in concussion protocol
Gray (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Gray suffered a concussion on Sept. 7 during a UTV accident. The linebacker was a full participant in Wednesday's session but has not yet cleared the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. Gray will likely be cleared by an independent neurologist for Thursday or Friday's session, which would allow the 23-year-old to play in the Titans' Sunday game against the Eagles.

Titans' Kevin Winston: Logs 10 tackles in Week 1 loss
Winston posted 10 tackles (four solo) during the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Winston and fellow safety Amani Hooker combined for 20 tackles, with the duo finishing second on the Titans in that category behind rookie second-round linebacker Anthony Hill (16). It's the second time Winston has recorded 10 tackles in a game since entering the league in 2025 as a third-round selection in the NFL Draft.

Titans' Amani Hooker: Double-digit tackles in Week 1 loss
Hooker logged 10 tackles (six solo) during the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Hooker was one of three Titans players to finish with 10-plus tackles, finishing second on the team in that category behind rookie second-rounder Anthony Hill (16). It was the first time Hooker recorded 10 or more combined tackles in a game since the 2023 regular season, when he reached that mark twice. The veteran safety will have his hands full Week 2 against Jalen Hurts, Saquon Barkley and the Eagles this Sunday.

Titans' Anthony Hill: Tackling machine in NFL debut
Hill recorded 16 tackles (two solo) and two pass defenses during the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Week 1 wasn't the start to the regular season that Titans fans and head coach Robert Saleh were hoping for, but Hill -- a second-round selection of Tennessee in the 2026 NFL Draft -- was one of the few bright spots in Sunday's loss. He was one of three Titans players who played all 67 defensive snaps, and his 16 total tackles were tied for seventh-most in franchise history. Hill entered the regular season as a depth option at linebacker, but his play in Week 1 could earn him a permanent spot with the Titans' first-team defense from here on out, especially for as long as Cedric Gray (concussion) is sidelined.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Plays mainly as a returner
Dike recorded one catch for seven yards, three kickoff returns for 62 yards and one punt return for minus-5 yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Jets.
The wide receiver only saw four snaps on offense behind Carnell Tate (43 snaps), Wan'Dale Robinson (40), Calvin Ridley (31) and Elic Ayomanor (26), though he did see nine special-teams snaps. Dike also lost a fumble on one of his kickoff returns. The second-year pro is not even really a streamable fantasy asset if he's going to remain buried on the wide-receiver depth chart.

Titans' Joey Slye: Solid in loss
Slye made his only field-goal try and his sole extra-point attempt during Sunday's 23-10 loss versus the Jets.
Tennessee was able to muster only 195 total yards Week 1, leaving just two opportunities for Slye to add to the score. His field goal, a 42-yarder, came on the Titans' first drive of the game. Until his team's offense demonstrates it can consistently move the ball, Slye does not project as a great fantasy option.

Titans' Daniel Bellinger: Catches only target in loss
Bellinger caught his sole target for seven yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Jets.
Bellinger is the second option at tight end behind Gunnar Helm and profiled clearly as such in Week 1. The 25-year-old played just 14 of the Titans' 50 offensive snaps and was also only used for three special-teams snaps during the season-opening victory.

Titans' Cedric Gray: Should play Week 2
Gray (concussion) is trending toward playing in Tennessee's Week 2 matchup with Philadelphia, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Wyatt was citing Tennessee head coach Robert Saleh, who also said that Gray still needs to clear the concussion protocol. The linebacker got into a UTV accident on Labor Day weekend but avoided a serious injury. Gray broke out in 2025, recording 164 tackles (97 solo) and four pass breakups.

Titans' Tyjae Spears: Totals 24 yards in Week 1 loss
Spears rushed three times for 12 yards and caught two of four targets for an additional 12 yards in Sunday's 23-10 loss to the Jets.
Tony Pollard narrowly out-snapped Spears, 26-25, in the season opener, as the former out-carried Spears seven to three in what was a decidedly negative game script for the Titans. Spears out-targeted his backfield mate four to two and ran 14 routes to Pollard's seven. This looks like a pretty even split, but it'll be tough for either back to produce weekly fantasy reliability in one of the league's worst offenses with a swinging-gate offensive line.

Titans' Elic Ayomanor: Secures TD in Week 1 loss
Ayomanor caught one of three targets for an 11-yard touchdown in the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Ayomanor played as the Titans' WR4, seeing 26 snaps behind Carnell Tate (44), Wan'Dale Robinson (41) and Calvin Ridley (32). It was Ayomanor who accounted for the team's lone touchdown, but he's going to need an injury or two ahead of him to have any chance at fantasy viability in a Tennessee passing offense that is in the conversation as the worst in the league.

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Zero targets in Week 1 loss
Ridley played 32 offensive snaps and did not show up in the box score otherwise during the Titans' 23-10 loss to the Jets on Sunday.
Ridley had the third-most snaps among Titans wide receivers behind Carnell Tate (44) and Wan'Dale Robinson (41), though Ridley didn't end up seeing a single target from quarterback Cam Ward during Sunday's loss. Ridley restructured his contract in mid-March after playing in only seven regular-season games in 2025, but it looks like the veteran wide receiver might be an afterthought in the Titans offense. He'll look for better results in Tennessee's Week 2 clash against Philadelphia on Sept. 20.
