Top Broncos News

  • Broncos' Pat Bryant: Misses practice Wednesday

Bryant (hamstring) didn't practice Wednesday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

A hamstring issue limited Bryant this past Thursday and Friday, but the wideout approached Week 14 action without an injury designation before recording a 47 percent snap share in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders, a game in which he caught all four of his targets for 32 yards. With no reported setbacks, it's possible that Bryant's 'DNP' on Wednesday was maintenance-related. Added context on that front will arrive via the Broncos' next injury report.

  • Broncos' Lil'Jordan Humphrey: Three grabs in win

Humphrey caught all three of his targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders.

Humphrey played 28 of the Broncos 74 offensive snaps Sunday, behind fellow wide receivers Courtland Sutton (48) and Pat Bryant (35). The 27-year-old was on the field for more offensive snaps than Marvin Mims (20) and Troy Franklin (19). Humphrey's 38 percent snap share was his largest since joining the Broncos this season, yet his elevated usage did not lead to much production. With quarterback Bo Nix spreading the ball around to so many pass catchers, the veteran wideout remains extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes. Next up for Denver is a Week 15 home matchup against the Packers.

  • Broncos' Tyler Badie: Five touches against Las Vegas

Badie rushed four times for 16 yards and caught his lone target for five yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders.

Badie was unable to get much going Sunday, recording 21 total yards against the Raiders. The 25-year-old running back played just 12 of the Broncos' 74 offensive snaps, behind RJ Harvey (50) but ahead of Jaleel McLaughlin (10). Badie is not seeing enough consistent usage to be an impactful player for fantasy purposes. With that said, the Missouri product should remain off the fantasy radar when the Broncos host the Packers in Week 15.

  • Broncos' Marvin Mims: Scores 48-yard punt return TD

Mims caught his lone target for five yards and rushed once for two yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders. He also returned one punt for a 48-yard touchdown and recorded two kickoff returns for 39 yards.

Mims was unable to have much of an impact on offense against the Raiders, playing just 27 percent of Denver's offense snaps. Instead, the 23-year-old wideout made a major contribution on special teams, scoring his first punt return touchdown of the season. With Mims having such a limited role in the Broncos' offense, however, the third-year receiver remains extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 15 matchup against the Packers.

  • Broncos' Alex Singleton: Surpasses 100-plus tackles

Singleton posted eight tackles (one solo) during the Broncos' 24-17 win over the Raiders on Sunday.

Singleton played 49 of 50 defensive snaps (98 percent) and finished Sunday's game as the Broncos' leading tackler. He has logged at least eight tackles in eight of 12 regular-season games and is up to 103 combined tackles on the year, which marks the fifth time he has reached the tackling century mark in his NFL career.

  • Broncos' Brandon Jones: Records just one tackle Sunday

Jones recorded one tackle (one solo) during Sunday's 24-17 win at Las Vegas.

In a game where the Raiders' offense struggled to stay on the field, Jones was only needed for a season-low 43 defensive snaps, leading to a poor day on the stat sheet. He'll be looking to get more involved in a Week 15 matchup versus the run-heavy Packers.

  • Broncos' Talanoa Hufanga: Mostly unremarkable day Sunday

Hufanga recorded five tackles (four solo) during Sunday's 24-17 win at Las Vegas.

Hufanga only had to play 44 defensive snaps in Week 14, contributing to a depressed tackle total compared to recent weeks. With 94 tackles through 13 games, he's now on the doorstep of the first 100-plus tackle season of his career and he should get plenty of opportunities in a matchup versus a run-first Packers offense in Week 15.

  • Broncos' Jaleel McLaughlin: Handles four carries in win

McLaughlin rushed four times for 22 yards and caught his lone target for nine yards in Sunday's 24-17 win over the Raiders.

McLaughlin played just 10 of the Broncos' 74 offensive snaps Sunday, behind both RJ Harvey (50) and Tyler Badie (12). The 25-year-old running back was unable to get much going with his limited opportunities, as Harvey continued to establish himself as the No. 1 option out of the backfield while recording 100 total scrimmage yards on 23 touches and a touchdown. McLaughlin remains a solid insurance policy in the event that Harvey misses time down the stretch, but barring an injury, McLaughlin should not be trusted for fantasy purposes heading into a Week 15 matchup against the Packers.
