Fackrell (undisclosed) worked out with the Ravens on Monday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports. Fackrell was placed on the Raiders' injured reserve in late July but was released with an injury settlement last week. While the nature of his injury wasn't revealed, his workout with Baltimore signals that he's likely moved past the issue.... See More ... See Less

Kyler Fackrell: Released by Raiders
The Raiders are releasing Fackrell (undisclosed) from injured reserve Wednesday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports. Fackrell landed on injured reserve in late July and was unavailable for the preseason. He would've been forced to miss the 2022 campaign but is free to sign elsewhere as long as he can pass a physical. It's not yet clear what injury the 2016 third-rounder is dealing with.... Chargers' Kyler Fackrell: Secures second sack
Fackrell picked up two tackles and a sack in Monday's 28-14 win over the Raiders. Despite playing under 50 percent of the defensive snaps through four weeks, Fackrell now is second on the team in sacks to begin the year. Essentially a passing-down specialist since his career year with the Packers back in 2018, the 29-year-old could have some success in that role as the pass rusher opposite Joey Bosa on an emerging defensive unit.... Giants' Kyler Fackrell: Activated off IR
Fackrell (lower leg) was activated off injured reserve and will be available for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Zack Rosenblatt of the Newark Star-Ledger reports. Fackrell is slated to make his first appearance since Week 12, reclaiming his starting gig at outside linebacker across from Jabaal Sheard with Carter Coughlin providing depth.... See More ... Giants' Kyler Fackrell: Won't be activated for Week 16
Fackrell (lower leg) is not expected to be activated for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports. Fackrell has been residing on injured reserve since Dec. 1, but a return to practice Wednesday provided hope for a potential Week 16 appearance. The Packers' 2016 third-round draft choice started each of his seven game outings between Weeks 5 and 12, but Carter Coughlin now stands to garner a third consecutive start at outside linebacker with Fackrell unavailable.... Giants' Kyler Fackrell: Shifts to IR
The Giants placed Fackrell (lower leg) on injured reserve Tuesday, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports. Fackrell suffered a lower-leg injury during this past Sunday's win over Cincinnati and will require at least three weeks of recovery. He's eligible to return in Week 16 against the Ravens. In his first season in New York, Fackrell started eight of 11 games and produced 31 tackles and three sacks. Jabaal Sheard and Cam Brown are candidates to start in Fackrell's place, although Oshane Ximines (shoulder) has been designated to return from IR and could be an option as well.... See More ... Giants' Kyler Fackrell: Active Week 5
Fackrell (neck) is active for Sunday's Week 5 tilt against the Cowboys, Dan Salmone of the team's official site reports. The fifth-year veteran will be out there versus a high-powered Cowboys offense that's averaging 31.5 points per game over the first four weeks of the campaign. Fackrell has been productive after arriving this offseason from the Packers, posting 14 stops (11 solo) and a pair of sacks over his first four games.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Links up with Giants
The Giants and Fackrell came to terms on a one-year, $4.6 million contract Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. This marks the second Packers linebacker after Blake Martinez to head to New York in as many days. If Markus Golden moves on as an unrestricted free agent, Fackrell could get the opportunity to serve as one of the Giants' starting outside linebackers in 2020. Before Za'Darius Smith and Preston Smith landed in Green Bay last offseason and bumped him down the depth chart, Fackrell showed his worth as a pass rusher in 2018, accumulating 10.5 sacks.... Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Questionable again
Fackrell (shoulder) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports. Fackrell finished the week as a limited participant and is listed as questionable for the third straight contest. The 27-year-old has yet to miss a game this season and there's no reason to believe that changes in Week 5.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Active for Week 4
Fackrell (shoulder) is active for Thursday's tilt against the Eagles, Jason Wahlers of the Packers' official site reports. Fackrell was limited in practice throughout the week and initially dubbed questionable for Week 4, but he successfully put his shoulder injury behind him. The fourth-year pro will now suit up for his usual rotational role in Green Bay's linebacker corps versus the Eagles.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Good to go for Week 3
Fackrell (shoulder) is officially listed as active for Sunday's matchup against the Broncos. Fackrell came into the contest logging limited practice but, as evidenced by this news, has shaken off the shoulder injury. With a total of 44 defensive snaps and 39 special teams snaps to this point in the season, expect the linebacker to continue his rotational role for Sunday's contest.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Tallies three sacks in 2017
Fackrell racked up 28 tackles (22 solo) and three sacks over 16 games with the Packers in 2017. Fackrell contributed more than he did during his rookie season of 2016, but he started just two games and was still primarily a part-time player. He figures to fill a similar role in 2018.... Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Active Sunday
Fackrell (hamstring) will be active for Sunday's game against the Bears. Fackrell remains buried on the depth chart at outside linebacker and likely will only see reps on special teams in Week 15.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Questionable Sunday
Fackrell (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's tilt with the Bears. Fackrell could miss his fourth straight contest Sunday due to a hamstring aliment. The rookie was limited in practice the entire week. Look for more updates to come before kickoff with Jayrone Elliott expected to see increased reps should Fackrell be sidelined.... See More ... Packers' Kyler Fackrell: Out for Week 12
Fackrell is out for Week 12 with a hamstring injury, Rob Demovsky of ESPN reports. Fackrell did not participate in any of this week's practices, giving the impression that his hamstring injury was suffered in Week 11 against the Redskins. He is merely a depth option for the Packers at outside linebacker, so his absence should only affect Green Bay should the team suffer any injuries.... See More ... See Less

I might look at it and say, 'If you've run a fast 40 time, he would've gotten picked in the top 15. So if you love him as a player and he drops, that might be an opportunity."
