Packers' Jaire Alexander: Participating in offseason program
Alexander (knee) participated in the Packers' virtual offseason program this past week, Wes Hodkiewicz of the team's official site reports.
There were discussions within the Packers' organization during the offseason about trading Alexander, but the two-time Pro Bowl corner is still on Green Bay's roster following the conclusion of the 2025 NFL Draft. General manager Brian Gutekunst told reporters Saturday that Alexander "[is] still on our roster right now...we'll figure that out as we go along." Injuries have limited Alexander to 14 regular-season games over the past two years, and he's currently working through a knee injury that caused him to miss the Packers' final eight games of 2024 (including playoffs) and required surgery in late December.

Packers' John Williams: Green Bay adds Round 7 guard
The Packers selected Williams in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 250th overall.
Williams (6-foot-4, 322 pounds) did not play much until his fourth year at Cincinnati, from which point he started the final two seasons of his collegiate career. Williams is probably built more like a guard, and from that position he could be a good developmental prospect for Green Bay. Williams is very heavy and has excellent reach for a guard, and his lack of agility is less likely to get him beat at guard than at tackle.

Packers' Micah Robinson: Set to don Green and Gold
The Packers selected Robinson in the seventh round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 237th overall.
Robinson spent his first three seasons at Furman before joining Tulane in 2024, and he ended his lone campaign racking up 33 tackles, adding a pair of interceptions, including one for a touchdown. He will aim to carve out a depth spot the Packers' 53-man roster this fall and will presumably be asked to contribute on special teams.

Packers' Warren Brinson: Lands with Green Bay
The Packers selected Brinson in the sixth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 198th overall.
Brinson was a four-star recruit and landed at Georgia alongside Jalen Carter on the defensive line. Like many defensive players with the Bulldogs, Brinson's stats are muted due to the depth of the team. However, he has a sturdy frame and should have a chance to make Green Bay's roster out of training camp, even if he doesn't have the opportunity to make an immediate impact.

Packers' Collin Oliver: Nabbed by Packers in Round 5
The Packers selected Oliver in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 159th overall.
Oliver's 2024 season ended after just two games due to a foot injury, but he impressed at the combine, showcasing his athleticism and alleviating some concerns surrounding the foot. Oliver produced 73 tackles, 15.5 tackles for loss and 6.0 sacks in his lone full season as a starter with Oklahoma State in 2023. He doesn't have a ton of experience dropping into coverage and may serve as a rotational rusher early in his career, though a future as an off-ball linebacker may not be off the table either, depending on how defensive coordinator Jeff Hafley views him. He'll likely slot into a depth role and be a possible special teams contributor as a rookie.

Packers' Barryn Sorrell: Green Bay adds pass rusher
The Packers selected Sorrell in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 124th overall.
Sorrell (6-foot-3, 256 pounds) was a quality three-year starter at Texas, where he produced workmanlike box scores (15.5 sacks, 24.5 tackles for loss in his final 43 games) and provided a steadying, consistent presence for the Longhorns. Sorrell's competent but modest production led to the assumption that he must lack athleticism, but Sorrell quietly posted very good numbers at the 2025 NFL Combine, with his speed (4.68-second 40), explosiveness (121-inch broad jump) and quickness (7.06-second three-cone drill) all grading safely above average. If Lukas Van Ness fails to claim the starting role opposite Rashan Gary, Sorrell might eventually make his way into Green Bay's starting lineup.

Packers' Savion Williams: Green Bay adds athletic wideout
The Packers selected Williams in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 87th overall.
Williams (6-foot-4, 222 pounds) is extremely athletic for his size, boasting a 4.48-second 40-yard dash and repeatedly demonstrating rare open-field running ability at TCU. The problem with Williams is that he might be limited to gadget usage and kick return work in the NFL, not unlike his frequent comparison, Cordarrelle Patterson. Williams struggled to draw targets despite competing against a handful of non-prospects at TCU the last three years, so while his athletic tools are tempting there's not much evidence that Williams will ever develop into a viable starter.

Packers' Anthony Belton: Heads to Green Bay
The Packers selected Belton in the second round of the 2025 NFL Draft, 54th overall.
Belton is an older prospect (24 years old) with plenty of experience under his belt with 32 starts at left tackle for North Carolina State. He tested as a good athlete at the combine especially for his above-average size (6-foot-6, 336 pounds). Given how early he was selected, Belton has a chance to compete for the starting left tackle job as a rookie.
