Gaziano (illness) was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Gaziano tested positive for COVID, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports. He's appeared in 13 games for the Chargers this season in a rotational role on their defensive line. Gaziano could still compete Sunday against the Texans if he is able to produce two negative tests at least 24 hours apart.
