The Seahawks re-signed Onujiogu (elbow) to an exclusive rights contract Monday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports. Onujiogu missed the entire 2023 campaign due to a tendon issue in his elbow. He suited up for one game as an undrafted rookie in 2022. Seahawks' Joshua Onujiogu: Moved to IR
Onujiogu (elbow) has reverted to the Seahawks' injured reserve, per the NFL's transaction log. According to John Boyle of the Seahawks' official website, Onujiogu has a tendon issue in his elbow and the team is determining how to go about it. Surgery is an option but may not be neccesary. Joshua Onujiogu: Gets cut loose
Onujiogu (elbow) was waived by the Seahawks with an injury designation Wednesday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Onujiogu was likely facing an uphill battle to make the team out of camp, but he definitely won't now.
