  • Colts' Chris Lammons: Promoted from practice squad

    The Colts elevated Lammons to the active roster Saturday. After serving a three-game suspension , Lammons was cut by the Colts on Sept. 25 before rejoining the team on the practice squad on the same day. The elevation comes with JuJu Brents (quadriceps) ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Saints. Lammons last played in 2022 with the Chiefs, mostly on special teams, and had seven tackles (three solo) and a forced fumble over 16 games.

  • Chiefs' Chris Lammons: Isn't returning Sunday

    Lammons (concussion) won't return to Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Lammons was forced out of Sunday's contest versus Jacksonville with concussion symptoms, and he ultimately won't return for the remainder of the game as a result. Trent McDuffie, L'Jarius Sneed, Jaylen Watson and Joshua Williams are slated to command cornerback duties for the rest of the day for the Chiefs.

  • Chiefs' Chris Lammons: Sidelined at least three games

    Lammons (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Saturday. Lammons suffered the injury in Kansas City's Week 13 win over Denver. He was already ruled out from Sunday's game against Las Vegas but will now be sidelined until at least Week 17. Prior to the injury, Lammons served nearly exclusively on special teams and racked up six tackles across 11 games.
