Dalton was sidelined for Atlanta's past two games with a toe injury, though he's now ready to go again following the team's Week 14 bye. The backup nose tackle has recorded seven tackles while playing 71 of his 98 snaps on defense over four appearances this season. Dalton has spent the last two seasons plagued by a triceps injury that went from a partial tear to a full tear, ultimately requiring surgery. Saints' Jalen Dalton: Lands on IR
Dalton (triceps) was placed on injured reserve by the Saints on Tuesday, Katherine Terrell of The Athletic reports. Last season, Dalton partially tore his triceps and, after almost a year of rehab, has now suffered a full tear.
