Wyatt tallied 36 tackles (18 solo), 5.5 sacks and one fumble recovery over 17 games in the 2023 regular season. Wyatt started only five games in his second season after not starting one as a rookie, but he played half of the defensive snaps and had a respectable showing in the sack department. He played over 40 snaps in each of Green Bay's two playoff games as well but managed only one tackle in each contest. The 2022 first-rounder has flashed some upside, and the Packers will be hoping he can take another step forward in 2024.... See More ... See Less

Packers' Devonte Wyatt: Returns Thursday
Wyatt (head) has returned to Thursday's game versus the Lions, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports. Wyatt exited the contest to be evaluated for a potential concussion, but he has since been cleared. His return indicates the 2022 first-round pick should be considered healthy going forward.... Packers' Devonte Wyatt: Done for day
Wyatt (knee) has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's matchup with Denver. Wyatt went down with a knee injury in the first half and his day has officially come to an end. Packers' Devonte Wyatt: Good to go
Wyatt (knee) has gotten the green light to play in Green Bay's Week 7 matchup with the Broncos, Mike Spofford of the team's official website reports. Wyatt drew a questionable tag on the Packers' final injury report, but he will ultimately play through the issue. Barring any setbacks, the second-year defensive end should take on his usual workload.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Devonte Wyatt: Increased role ahead
Wyatt will move into a more significant role with Dean Lowry (calf) placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports. Wyatt was the team's selection in the first round of the 2022 Draft, but he's failed to make an impact thus far in his rookie season. Through 14 contests, Wyatt has played just 148 defensive snaps, recording 13 tackles (six solo) and 0.5 sacks. He'll now work to make the most of his extra opportunities beginning Sunday against the Vikings.... See More ... See Less -
Packers' Devonte Wyatt: Goes to Green Bay in first round
The Packers selected Wyatt in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft, 28th overall. The Packers exit the first round with no wide receivers, and both of their selections were Georgia defenders; linebacker Quay Walker at 22nd overall and now Wyatt. Wyatt (6-foot-3, 304 pounds) is more of a gap-shooting tackle than one who takes on double teams, but with a 4.77-second 40 he has the burst to thrive in a gap-splitting role.... See More ...
