Neighbours (upper body) will likely miss the remainder of the season, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. The Blues host Seattle on Sunday before visiting Dallas on Wednesday to conclude the 2023-24 campaign. Neighbours has missed the past three contests after getting injured in a 3-2 overtime loss to San Jose on April 6. Assuming he won't return, the promising 22-year-old forward will finish the season with 27 goals, 38 points and 145 shots on net in 77 games.... See More ... See Less

Blues' Jake Neighbours: Won't play against Canes
Neighbours (upper body) will not be in action versus Carolina on Friday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports. Neighbours was coming into his stride prior to getting hurt, garnering seven goals and three assists in his last 12 contests, including a trio of power-play points. Overall, it's been a solid second season for the 21-year-old winger, having set new personal bests in games (77), goals (27), assists (11) and power-play points (14). Alexei Toropchenko figures to see an uptick in ice time with Neighbours out of the lineup.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Still sidelined
Neighbours (upper body) is still day-to-day, but he could return before the season is over, per Lou Korac of NHL.com. Neighbours has had a pretty solid season for St. Louis, recording 27 goals and 11 assists in 77 games played. If he's able to return to action before the season ends, Neighbours should slot into a middle-six role to close out the year. He will be entering his fourth season in the league next year.... Blues' Jake Neighbours: Unavailable Sunday
Neighbours (upper body) will not play Sunday against the Ducks, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports. Neighbours was injured Saturday against San Jose and will now miss at least one game as a result. The 22-year-old has enjoyed a breakout campaign with 27 goals and 38 points, including 10 points over his last 12 appearances. The Blues will be back in action Wednesday against Chicago.... Neighbours suffered an upper-body injury during Saturday's game against San Jose and will miss the remainder of the contest. Neighbours entered the tilt with 27 goals and 38 points in 76 appearances in 2023-24. If he can't play Sunday versus Anaheim, then Sammy Blais might draw back into the lineup.... See More ... Blues' Jake Neighbours: Lights lamp in loss
Neighbours scored a goal on three shots and doled out four hits in Thursday's 6-3 loss to the Predators. Neighbours' scoring pace remains hot -- he has seven goals and three assists over his last 11 outings. The winger's third-period tally Thursday sparked a comeback push that fell short. He's up to 27 goals, 38 points, 144 shots on net, 138 hits and a minus-16 rating through 76 appearances in his first full NHL campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Two more points Thursday
Neighbours picked up a goal and an assist in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Flames. Neighbours tied the game 2-2 early in the second period, sliding a rebound past Dustin Wolf, before adding an assist on Pavel Buchnevich's power-play marker later in the frame. The 22-year-old Neighbours has points in seven of his last eight contests, totaling six goals and three assists in that span. He's up to 26 goals and 37 points through 73 games this season while skating on the Blues' top line.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Three-game point streak
Neighbours scored the game-winner in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Ducks. The goal puts Neighbours on a three-game point streak. The 21-year-old forward has shown promise this season, but it's not always clear that the production will continue. While he has two goals and three points in the last three games, including two power-play points, there's been a lack of consistency. He has just three shots in those games, and only three goals and five points over the last 15 games.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Pots game-winner Wednesday
Neighbours scored the game-winning goal in Wednesday's 3-1 victory over the Kings. The 21-year-old gave the Blues a 2-0 lead early in the second period by tapping a bouncing puck past Cam Talbot. Neighbours is up to 21 goals on the season but just 29 points in 66 games, and he's gone fairly cold since mid-February -- over the last 13 games, he's managed just two goals and three points with a minus-6 rating.... Blues' Jake Neighbours: Scores power-play goal
Neighbours scored the game-winning goal on two shots and added two hits in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Wild. After not scoring a goal since Feb. 15, Neighbours was finally able to reach the 20-goal milestone Saturday. He potted the game-winner during a second-period power play to break a 1-1 tie. It was his seventh marker on the man advantage this season and only the eighth of his young career. The 20-year-old winger has plenty of offensive potential, but his inconsistency shows he is still adjusting to the NHL.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Three-point effort lead to a win
Neighbours posted a goal and two assists in Thursday's 6-3 win over the Oilers. In his second season of regular action, the 21-year-old winger continues to prove he'll be a big part of the Blues' future. Neighbours is up to 19 goals and 26 points through 53 games. He's put together a nice run over the last four games, accumulating four goals and seven points, as well as a plus-2 rating and nine shots.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Lights lamp twice in win
Neighbours scored two goals, one on the power play, in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Sabres. The 21-year-old winger opened and closed the scoring on the afternoon as he put together his first multi-goal performance since Nov. 30. Neighbours is up to 17 goals in 50 games on the season, including five tallies in the last 10 contests, but he has just 21 points in total.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Notches power-play goal
Neighbors tallied a power-play goal on two shots during Saturday's 3-0 win over the Capitals. This was Neighbors' third power-play goal of the season and the fourth of his short NHL career. He parked himself in front of the net and tipped a Justin Faulk slap shot over Charlie Lindgren to give his team a three-goal lead late in the third period. The 2020 first-round draft pick was selected to be a goal scorer and he has backed that up, registering 13 goals with only three assists on the year. Neighbors is currently in a slump, producing only three points in his past 10 games.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Lights lamp against Stars
Neighbours scored a goal and finished with a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 2-1 win over the Stars. Neighbours has now recorded 11 goals and two assists through 31 games. The 21-year-old logged 14:40 of ice time in this divisional win, which is on par for his average this season. We'd like to see more consistent ice time before feeling comfortable with Neighbours as a fantasy option, but his goal-scoring production is certainly intriguing for the youngster.... See More ... Blues' Jake Neighbours: Adds two more goals
Neighbours scored a pair of goals in Thursday's 6-4 win over the Sabres. Neighbours buried a rebound to extend the Blues' lead to 3-0 in the first period before adding a second tally early in the third. The 21-year-old winger has been on a tear, scoring seven goals in his last seven games. Neighbours has already set a new career high with nine goals and 10 points through his first 22 games this season while earning a top-line role in St. Louis.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Two tallies in Chicago
Neighbours scored two goals on three shots while adding four hits, two blocked shots and a plus-1 rating in Sunday's 4-2 win over Chicago. It's the first multi-goal game of the 21-year-old's brief NHL career, and Sunday's performance continues a hot streak that has seen Neighbours find the back of the net five times in the last five contests. The 26th overall pick in the 2020 NHL Entry Draft has never been a big goal-scorer -- even in his best junior season, he managed only 23 goals in 64 games for WHL Edmonton -- but he's worked his way onto the top line and top power-play unit for St. Louis. His current pace is likely sustainable, but Neighbours is still emerging as an intriguing fantasy asset in his second official NHL season.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Breaks up shutout bid
Neighbours scored a goal in Saturday's 5-1 loss to the Kings. Neighbours snapped a six-game point drought and broke up Cam Talbot's shutout bid with a goal at 16:06 of the third period. This was Neighbours' third tally of the campaign, though the 21-year-old winger hasn't been able to offer much else. He's provided 18 shots on net, 22 hits, 10 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating while playing in a fourth-line role through 16 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Pots goal Friday
Neighbours scored a goal on four shots and levied five hits in Friday's 4-1 win over the Devils. Neighbours opened the scoring at 7:12 of the second period. The 21-year-old has been confined to a bottom-six role so far, limiting his chances to produce offense. He has two goals, 12 shots on net, 15 hits, eight blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating through nine appearances. Given his role and lack of production, he's not an option for most fantasy managers.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Collects first goal of season
Neighbours contributed a goal in a 4-2 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday. Neighbours found the back of the net early in the second period to give the Blues a 2-1 edge. It was his first goal and point in four contests this year. Neighbours, who is serving in a middle-six capacity in 2023-24, provided six goals and 10 points in 43 outings last campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Blues' Jake Neighbours: Skating on fourth line
Neighbours recorded two hits, a shot on goal and a minus-1 rating in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Coyotes. Neighbours has been skating in the bottom six, as he has averaged 12:54 of ice time per game through three outings. He has fired just two shots on net in that stretch. The 2020 first-round pick is still developing and spent a majority of his time with the big club last year, recording six goals, four assists and 53 shots on net through 43 games. Neighbours won't have much fantasy utility until he climbs the depth chart, though.... See More ... See Less
