  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Makes all kicks

McPherson made both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 27-16 win over the Ravens. McPherson converted from 34 and 26 yards on his field goals. After a fantastic rookie season, McPherson was less accurate this year, with his 112 total points placing outside the top 15 for kickers league-wide. He'll now turn his focus to Sunday night's wild-card game and rematch versus the Ravens.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Struggles in narrow win

McPherson connected on one of two field-goal attempts and one of two extra-point tries during Saturday's 22-18 win over the Patriots. Joe Burrow found Tee Higgins for a nine-yard score on the Bengals' first drive of the game, but McPherson pushed the extra-point try wide right. The kicker missed another PAT to the right following Cincinnati's next touchdown, but after the kick was negated by an unnecessary roughness call, the Bengals opted to go for two. McPherson bounced back by connecting on a 28-yard field goal to start the second quarter and finally made a PAT before halftime. However, the second-year kicker pulled his final kick -- a 43-yard field-goal attempt in the fourth quarter -- wide left. Overall, it was certainly a shaky performance from McPherson, but given the Bengals' high-powered offense, he should get plenty of opportunities to bounce back in Week 17 against Buffalo.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Perfect yet again

McPherson converted both of his field-goal attempts and all three extra-point tries during Sunday's 27-24 win over the Chiefs. McPherson entered Cincinnati's Week 10 bye having missed three total kicks over the Bengals' two games prior. Since then, the second-year pro has gone 7-for-7 on his field-goal attempts and 9-for-9 on PAT tries across the team's last three matchups. McPherson is someone who should be rostered in most leagues given his ability to kick from distance, and because he's part of the Bengals' high-powered offense, which allows more scoring opportunities.

The 23-year-old has just two field-goal makes across the team's last five games, and the Bengals will now enjoy a Week 10 bye before returning the following Sunday versus Pittsburgh.

The second-year kicker is now 10-for-12 on field-goal attempts and 8-of-9 on extra-point tries in 2022, and he'll have the luxury of kicking indoors next Sunday in New Orleans.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Limited at practice

McPherson was a limited participant at practice Wednesday with a groin injury, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. McPherson may have picked up the injury in the Bengals' Week 4 win over the Dolphins, but his participation in practice in some capacity indicates it's probably not too severe. Regardless, the second-year kicker's status will be one to monitor ahead of a primetime matchup at Baltimore this Sunday.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Perfect in Thursday night win

McPherson converted on both of his field-goal attempts and all three of his point-after tries during Cincinnati's 27-15 win versus Miami on Thursday. McPherson made a chip shot to take the lead with 12 minutes remaining in the game and then nailed a 57-yarder to extend that lead to five points with six minutes to play. "McFrosty" remains one of the NFL's premier kickers heading into a Week 5 matchup at Baltimore, though it might be worthwhile for fantasy managers to keep an eye on the weather report ahead of that game.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Flawless in Week 2

McPherson converted all three of his field-goal tries and did not record an extra-point attempt during Sunday's 20-17 loss to the Cowboys. McPherson followed up his bumpy Week 1 performance against the Steelers with a return to form during this perfect outing against the Cowboys in Week 3. The second-year kicker kept Cincinnati's struggling offense in the game against Dallas, as he made field goals of 43, 50 and 46 yards through the first three quarters of Sunday's loss. McPherson's flawless kicking performance also helped allow quarterback Joe Burrow the opportunity to tie the game at 17-17 with a touchdown pass followed by a two-point conversion late in the fourth quarter. While the kicker did not get a chance to ultimately win the game, his three made field goals of 40 yards or longer are an encouraging sign for performance moving forward this season.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Hits 50-yarder in preseason

McPherson made three of four field-goal attempts and his only PAT attempt in Sunday's 25-22 preseason loss to the Giants. McPherson connected from 50, 44 and 31 yards in the first half, but his attempt from 58 yards in the third quarter drifted wide left. That long miss won't shake McPherson's confidence, especially since a high snap is partially to blame for throwing off his rhythm. McPherson's elite blend of accuracy and power has the second-year kicker poised for another successful season finishing drives for the high-octane Bengals offense.

  • Bengals' Evan McPherson: Nails game-winner Sunday

McPherson made both of his field-goal attempts and all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 34-31 win over the Chiefs. With the Bengals offense chugging along once again, McPherson had plenty of work to do, although it mostly came after touchdowns. His 20-yard kick to win it as time expired was among the easiest he's ever had in terms of distance while simultaneously being probably the most pressure-packed in terms of importance. The rookie has now put up at least nine points in four straight games.
