Browns' D'Anthony Bell: Returning against Tampa Bay
Bell (concussion) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Bell was sidelined for Cleveland's Week 11 matchup against Buffalo with a concussion. However, he cleared the league's protocol and practiced in full Friday to clear his way for a return against Tampa Bay. In nine games this season, Bell has tallied five tackles while playing 137 of his 146 snaps on special teams.

Browns' D'Anthony Bell: Ruled out for Week 11
Bell (concussion) has been ruled out for the Browns' Week 11 matchup with the Bills, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Bell suffered a concussion in Week 10 versus the Dolphins and will be forced to miss at least one contest while recovering. He'll now shift his focus to being ready for Week 12 against the Buccaneers. Grant Delpit and John Johnson will remain the top options at safety for the Browns on Sunday.

Bell departed Sunday's contest versus the Dolphins due to concussion symptoms, and he ultimately won't return for the rest of the afternoon as a result. Grant Delpit and John Johnson are slated to command Cleveland's safety duties for the rest of Sunday's matchup in Miami.

Browns' D'Anthony Bell: Survives cutdown day
Bell secured a spot on the Browns' 53-man roster, Anthony Poisal of the Browns' official website reports.
With that news, Bell became the first undrafted rookie free agent to land a spot on the roster under Cleveland head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry. Bell earned the designation by his play during preseason games. He forced two fumbles and had seven tackles. A product of Division II West Florida, Bell will serve in a depth capacity at safety.
