Kevin Johnson: Set to retire
The Titans have announced that Johnson is retiring, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Johnson, a 2015 first-round pick, spent his first four seasons with the Texans before playing the previous two in Buffalo and Cleveland. He signed a one-year contract with the Titans in March but has not participated in any of the team's OTAs. We now have an answer why, as he has seemingly been contemplating retirement. The 28-year-old will end his career with 191 tackles (145 solo), 1.5 sacks, 22 passes defensed and one interception across 64 games.

Titans' Kevin Johnson: Moving to Music City
Johnson signed a one-year deal with the Titans on Thursday according to his agent Drew Rosenhaus, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Signing with Tennessee permits Johnson the opportunity to face his former team of four years, the Texans, at least two times per season. Johnson has performed well as a rotational defensive back for Buffalo and Cleveland the past two years, containing opponents to a 60.2 percent completion rate while conceding only one touchdown pass over 88 targets.

Browns' Kevin Johnson: Returns from COVID list
The Browns activated Johnson (illness) from the reserve/COVID-19 list Wednesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Johnson and Denzel Ward both missed Cleveland's wild-card win over the Steelers, but will each now be available for Sunday's road matchup in Kansas City. The 28-year-old had six starts during the regular season, and he played a notable rotational role in seven other appearances.

Browns' Kevin Johnson: Unavailable for wild-card game
Johnson won't be activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list for Sunday's wild-card game against the Steelers, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Johnson and Denzel Ward will miss a second straight game while on the reserve list. Robert Jackson and Terrance Mitchell (personal), who is expected to play, are slated to start at cornerback against the Steelers' strong receiver corps.

Browns' Kevin Johnson: Tests positive for COVID-19
Johnson tested positive for the coronavirus, which is why he was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, Albert Breer of TheMMQB.com reports.
It appears Johnson's positive tests surfaced Saturday, meaning he'll be out for the first round of playoffs as well, if the Browns make it. Denzel Ward is also on the reserve list, so Terrance Mitchell, Robert Jackson and Tavierre Thomas are expected to handle expanded roles in Sunday's matchup against the Steelers.
