The Thunder recalled Waters from the G League's Oklahoma City Blue on Wednesday, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Waters will return to the NBA after he suited up for the Blue earlier in the day in the team's 121-116 overtime loss to the Santa Cruz Warriors. He scored a team-high 34 points (12-18 FG, 6-10 3Pt, 3-3 FT) while adding four rebounds, three steals and two assists over 38 minutes.
