The Thunder recalled Waters from the G League's Oklahoma City Blue on Tuesday, Clemente Almanza of USA Today reports.
Waters will be available for Tuesday's game against the 76ers and could be in store for some meaningful minutes with Jalen Williams (ankle) ruled out for the contest and with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (quadricep) listed as questionable.
