Bishop landed on waivers Sunday, per Sportsnet's Chris Johnston. Bishop has averaged 8:20 of ice time and distributed one assist over nine NHL appearances this season. Senators' Clark Bishop: Still sidelined
Bishop (leg) won't play Saturday versus the Bruins, TSN 1200 Ottawa reports. Bishop will miss a fourth straight game Saturday, and the Senators have yet to release an expected timetable for his return. Either way, Bishop's gone scoreless through seven top-level appearances this year, so there's no reason for fantasy managers to keep tabs on his status.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Out again Thursday
Bishop (leg) won't play Thursday versus the Penguins. There's been no information regarding Bishop's timeline to return from his leg injury. The 25-year-old's next chance to play will be Saturday versus the Bruins. With Bishop out, Mark Kastelic will continue to play in a bottom-six role.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Dealing with leg injury
Bishop (leg) will not suit up Tuesday against Carolina. Bishop doesn't play at the top level often, anyway, as evidenced by his line of zero points across 8:06 average ice time in seven games this season. It's unclear how long the 25-year-old will be sidelined by the injury.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Joins active roster

Bishop was reassigned from the active roster to the taxi squad Sunday. Bishop has averaged 9:10 of ice time and been held without a point over three NHL appearances this season. Due to the 25-year-old's reassignment, Tyler Ennis is likely to take on a fourth-line role.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Set to play Saturday
Bishop was promoted from the taxi squad and will play Saturday versus the Capitals, per TSN 1200 Ottawa. Bishop will once again fill a fourth-line role. The 25-year-old has no points, four hits and two shots on goal in two appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -

Senators' Clark Bishop: On taxi squad

Senators' Clark Bishop: Waived Sunday
Bishop (lower body) was placed on waivers Sunday by the Senators, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports. Bishop suffered an injury in training camp and this move would indicate that he's healthy. Assuming he clears waivers, the 25-year-old will head to AHL Belleville.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Suffers lower-body injury
Bishop (lower body) will not return to Wednesday's game versus the Maple Leafs. Bishop was injured in the second period of the contest. The severity of his injury is unknown, but the Senators may be exercising caution considering it's a preseason game. The 25-year-old is expected to compete for a roster spot with the big club, although it's more likely he begins 2021-22 with AHL Belleville, especially if the injury costs him time.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Signs one-year extension
Bishop inked a one-year, two-way deal Thursday for the 2021-22 season, keeping him from reaching free agency. The Senators already made clear that they see Bishop as part of their long-term future by getting him more games at AHL Belleville when the NHL season concluded, and the extension only confirms that. He managed three assists in 13 games with Ottawa, so the potential is there for him to contribute, but the fact that he's on a two-way deal says the Senators are in no rush, limiting his value to the deepest of dynasty formats.... See More ... See Less -
Senators' Clark Bishop: Sent to Belleville
Bishop was assigned to AHL Belleville on Thursday after Ottawa concluded its season Wednesday against Toronto. Bishop will be a restricted free agent at the end of the season, and the Senators seem to see him as part of their future considering they're trying to get him more game action. But considering he only has seven points in his NHL career over three seasons, he's not worth a roster spot even in deep dynasty formats at this time.... See More ... See Less
