Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Officially ready for Week 1
Brewer (hand) has no injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Brewer told reporters earlier in the week that he plans to play Sunday, and after recording a full practice session Friday, he'll suit up in Week 1. The 26-year-old started all 34 of the Titans' regular-season games over the past two seasons, and he's expected to be the starting center in his first season with Miami.

Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Plans to play
Brewer (hand) expects to play Sunday against the Jaguars after returning to practice this week, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Brewer broke his hand during practice in early August and underwent surgery to repair it. He hasn't suffered any setbacks, he's stated it's like "a brand new hand" and feels "real solid" after testing it in practices. Barring any setbacks, the Texas State product should be the Dolphins' starting center Week 1.

Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Returning to practice
Head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters Monday that Brewer (hand) will participate in practice this week, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Brewer appears to be nearing a return to the field after sustaining a hand injury earlier in August. The former Titan inked a three-year, $21 million deal with Miami this past offseason, and once Brewer is back at full health, he's expected to serve as the Dolphins' starting center.

Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Dealing with hand injury
Head coach Mike McDaniel told reporters that Brewer did not play in Friday's 20-13 preseason win over the Falcons due to a hand injury, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
McDaniel added that Brewer had his hand examined during the last team practice before Friday's contest, and the center's injury is considered "week-to-week." Jack Driscoll got the start under center Friday, and Liam Eichenberg and Andrew Meyer can also step in and play center if Brewer were to miss extended time.

Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Headed to Miami
The Dolphins plan to sign Brewer to a three-year, $21 million contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
After holding down the interior of the offensive line for the last two seasons in Tennessee, Brewer is now set to serve as Miami's center of the future. The Dolphins fielded the league's sixth-ranked rushing offense in 2023, and Brewer figures to help them maintain a good push up front.

Titans' Aaron Brewer: Signs tender with Tennessee
Brewer signed his one-year tender with the Titans on Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Brewer, who was a restricted free agent, will return to the Titans for next season. The 25-year-old started all 17 games last season and should be in line to anchor the middle of the offensive line again in 2023.
