  • Packers' Jordan Love: Running back room revamped

Love is set to enter the 2024 season with a new-look backfield led by Josh Jacobs, who is slated to sign a four-year contract worth up to $48 million with the Packers, while Aaron Jones is moving on to Minnesota on a one-year contract, Kevin Patra of NFL.com reports. Green Bay replacing Jones with Jacobs isn't the only piece of notable backfield news, as AJ Dillon is currently a free agent and the team's only depth now consists of Emanuel Wilson and Ellis Merriweather. Jacobs is coming off a down season, with just 805 yards on 233 carries (six touchdowns), but he's only one year removed from having led the NFL with 1,653 yards rushing on 340 carries (12 scores). Perhaps most importantly, Jacobs does boast a true three-down skillset, making him an ideal fit for coach Matt LaFleur's scheme, and providing Love with a reliable bailout option and target in the short field. Jacobs has two seasons with 50-plus catches under his belt, and he's a perfect match for the play-action game in Green Bay.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Wins playoff debut with three TDs

Love completed 16 of 21 passes for 272 yards and three touchdowns while rushing once for minus-1 yard in Sunday's 48-32 wild-card round win over the Cowboys. Love was sensational in his playoff debut, though the Cowboys helped him out with numerous defensive breakdowns. After a pair of short Aaron Jones touchdown runs, Love extended Green Bay's lead to 20-0 with a 20-yard touchdown pass to Dontayvion Wicks in the second quarter. Jones and Love each added a touchdown in the third quarter, with Love's coming on a 38-yard pass to a wide open Luke Musgrave without a defender in sight. Love poured it on with a three-yard touchdown pass to Romeo Doubs, which put Green Bay up 48-16 in the fourth quarter, and he would have finished with a perfect passer rating if not for an incomplete pass on his final attempt. Up next for Love and the Packers will be a trip to San Francisco in the divisional round.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Shepherds team to playoff berth

Love completed 27 of 32 passes for 316 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 17-9 win over the Bears. He carried three times for minus-1 yard and lost a fumble. Love and the Packers' offense got off to a relatively slow start in the must-win contest, but he led a few key drives to clinch a playoff berth. The first was an 11-play, 92-yard possession that began early in the second quarter, which was capped by a 10-yard pass to Dontayvion Wicks. On the opening drive of the second half, Love hit Wicks again, this time for a 12-yard score. Love now has multiple touchdown passes in four straight games to close the season, and he also surpassed 300 passing yards in a game for the second time in the campaign thanks to long completions of 59 and 32 yards to Jayden Reed. He'll look to keep his current form going in an upset bid against the Cowboys in the wild-card round.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Big primetime performance

Love completed 24 of 33 passes for 256 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 33-10 win over the Vikings. He added two rushes for two yards and a touchdown. Love continued his second-half surge with an excellent primetime performance. He connected with Jayden Reed (chest) for a pair of touchdowns, which came from 33 and 25 yards away, and added a two-yard rushing touchdown in the first half. Love then chipped in an insurance score of nine yards to Bo Melton late in the third quarter, marking his second straight game with at least three total touchdowns and his fourth such performance in his last six contests. He'll look to carry that momentum into a win-and-in Week 18 matchup against the Bears.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Bust Alert (Start/Sit)

Love scored 21.5 Fantasy points in Week 15 against Tampa Bay, and he has now scored at least 20.7 Fantasy points in five of his past six games. But this week I'm expecting Love to struggle at Carolina, and he's only worth starting in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues. The Panthers are No. 1 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks at 14.6 per game, and only Jared Goff in Week 5, Tua Tagovailoa in Week 6 and Dak Prescott in Week 11 have scored more than 20 points against Carolina this year. Love might not have Christian Watson (hamstring) and Jayden Reed (toe) for this game, which will definitely hinder Love's production. This could also be a breakout game for Aaron Jones based on how teams run on Carolina. I'm nervous about Love's ceiling in this matchup.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Strong numbers in Week 15 loss

Love completed 29 of 39 passes for 284 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in the Packers' 34-20 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also rushed twice for one yard and lost a fumble. Love's passing yardage tally was his third-highest of the season, but it came during a game in which the Packers increasingly found themselves trailing. The third-year quarterback spread the ball around to eight different pass catchers and targeted nine overall, with four players recording at least four receptions. Love's fumble came on a sack with 4:28 remaining at Green Bay's own 49-yard line, snuffing out any final hopes of a comeback. Love now has at least 267 passing yards and multiple touchdown passes in five of his last six games, giving him plenty of momentum going into a Week 16 road matchup against the Panthers on Christmas Eve.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: QBs to Start

Love cooled off in Week 14 at the Giants with 10.9 Fantasy points, which snapped his four-game streak of scoring at least 20.7 points, including two outings with at least 29.7 points over that span. He should rebound this week against Tampa Bay at home, and the Buccaneers are No. 7 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Desmond Ridder just had 27.4 Fantasy points against Tampa Bay in Week 14, and the Buccaneers are dealing with several injuries on defense, including Vita Vea (toe), Jamel Dean (ankle) and Devin White (foot). Hopefully, Christian Watson (hamstring) can play this week for Green Bay, but even if he's out again, I still like Love as a top-10 quarterback in all leagues based on the matchup.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Middling numbers in Week 14 loss

Love completed 25 of 39 passes for 218 yards with one touchdown and one interception and added two carries for two yards in the Packers' 24-22 loss to the Giants on Monday night. He also lost a fumble. Love's numbers have to be considered a disappointment under any circumstance, as the matchup appeared to be a favorable one coming in and both the quarterback and the Packers as a whole had plenty of momentum. The fourth-year pro did appear to put Green Bay in excellent position for a win with a six-yard touchdown pass to Malik Heath with 1:33 remaining, but Tommy DeVito was able to lead the Giants on a 57-yard game-winning march to secure the victory. Love's interception didn't lead to any points for New York but did come at the Giants' 23-yard line, and that pick was preceded by a fumble at the hosts' 27-yard line as well. He had thrown for at least 267 yards and two touchdowns in each of the previous four games coming into Monday night, and he hadn't thrown an interception in the last three contests. Love will aim to right the ship and keep his team's thin playoff hopes alive in a Week 15 home matchup against the Buccaneers.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: QBs to Start

Love is on fire right now with at least 20.7 Fantasy points in four games in a row, including his past two outings at Detroit and against Kansas City where he's averaging 31.2 points per game. I'm hopeful Christian Watson (hamstring) can play this week, but I'll still start Love with confidence even if Watson is out. The Giants only allow 17.5 Fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks and will throw a lot at Love coming off their bye. But based on his recent level of play, I expect Love to handle it and post a top-10 stat line in Week 14.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Outduels Mahomes on SNF

Love completed 25 of 36 pass attempts for 267 yards and three touchdowns while adding 10 rushing yards on two attempts in Sunday's 27-19 win over the Chiefs. Love put together a statement win by outdueling active legend Patrick Mahomes on the national stage Sunday. The Packers' signal-caller picked apart a tough defense from the pocket, resulting in his second consecutive week completing at least 69 percent of his passes while throwing three touchdowns. Love has emphatically put an end to his midseason doldrums with eight touchdowns and no turnovers over his last three games. He will look to maintain that momentum in a plus matchup against the Giants next Monday.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Bust Alert (Start/Sit)

Love is getting hot at the right time with three games in a row with at least 20.7 Fantasy points heading into Week 13. And he's done that in games at Pittsburgh in Week 10 and at Detroit in Week 12 on Thanksgiving, which are tough spots. But I don't love this matchup for him against the Chiefs, who are No. 7 in fewest Fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Three quarterbacks this season have scored at least 23 Fantasy points against Kansas City (Zach Wilson in Week 4, Kirk Cousins in Week 5 and Russell Wilson in Week 8), but the Chiefs have been tough on some big-time quarterbacks. For example, Jared Goff (16 Fantasy points in Week 1), Trevor Lawrence (9.2 Fantasy points in Week 2), Justin Fields (12.7 Fantasy points in Week 3), Justin Herbert (12.9 Fantasy points in Week 7), Tua Tagovailoa (14.4 Fantasy points in Week 9) and Jalen Hurts (18.9 Fantasy points in Week 11) have all struggled against Kansas City. I love Love in Superflex and two-quarterback leagues, but I would sit him in one-quarterback leagues with this matchup against the Chiefs.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Dazzles in Thanksgiving win

Love completed 22 of 32 passes for 268 yards and three touchdowns with 39 rushing yards on three carries in Thursday's 29-22 win over the Lions. The first-year starting QB shone in the Thanksgiving game spotlight, as Love tossed red-zone TDs to Jayden Reed and Tucker Kraft in the first quarter as the Packers raced out to a 14-6 lead. Love then hit Christian Watson for his final score late in the third quarter, tying his career high for touchdown passes and extending his streak of games with multiple TD passes to three. The 2020 first-round pick has a 7:2 TD:INT over those three games with a 62.5 percent completion rate and a 7.8 YPA, but Love will face a tough test in Week 13 against a stingy Kansas City secondary.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Career high in passing yards

Love completed 27 of 40 attempts for 322 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 23-20 win over the Chargers. He also netted no gain on three rush attempts and committed two fumbles recovered by Green Bay, one which he corralled himself. Love has shown improvement over his last three games, avoiding any turnovers twice while also being a bigger threat passing downfield. In fact, Sunday saw Love set a career high in passing yards, with his final throw being a 24-yarder to Romeo Doubs for the game-winning touchdown. Coming off a positive Week 11 performance, Love now faces a quick turnaround ahead of a tough divisional game in Detroit on Thanksgiving.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Sleeper QBs

Love snapped a five-game streak of scoring 19 Fantasy points or less in Week 10 at Pittsburgh when he scored 20.7 points. His weapons are finally healthy, which is a plus, and hopefully he can take advantage of this great matchup against the Chargers. The only quarterbacks who failed to score at least 23 Fantasy points against the Chargers this season are Aidan O'Connell, Tyson Bagent and Zach Wilson, and Love has the chance for a quality outing in Week 11. He's my favorite streaming quarterback for this scoring period.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Solid in win

Love completed 20 of 26 passes for 228 yards and a touchdown and rushed four times for seven yards in Sunday's 20-3 win over the Rams. Love posted a season high in completion percentage while avoiding any turnovers for the first time since Week 2. Along with connecting better on passes further downfield, Love's well-designed, 20-yard touchdown to Luke Musgrave helped seal Green Bay's victory. A tough matchup at the Steelers now awaits Love in Week 10.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Sit Him (Lineup Decisions)

This could be a good week for the Packers to try and let Love try more deep throws, but they'll need to protect him really well first. That's been a problem all year and figures to continue. Love has been relatively safe as a high-floor, low-ceiling Fantasy play, and that's where he lands for me this week. I wouldn't blame you for trusting him over Will Levis or Baker Mayfield, but both quarterbacks have more upside with maybe a little less downside. I'd happily start Sam Howell and Derek Carr over Love.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Sleepers (Start/Sit)

The Vikings have only allowed one quarterback to score more than 14.8 Fantasy points in the past four games, which was Patrick Mahomes in Week 5, but that's also because Minnesota got somewhat lucky in the other three outings. The Vikings handled Bryce Young in Week 4, but Justin Fields was hurt in Week 6 and Brock Purdy was missing Deebo Samuel and Trent Williams in Week 7. I'm not expecting Love to have a huge game, but he scored just 19.6 Fantasy points in Week 4 against Detroit and 19.3 points at Denver in Week 7. He should stay in that range against the Vikings, making him a borderline No. 1 Fantasy quarterback in all leagues for Week 8.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Start Him (Lineup Decisions)

The Raiders' track record against QBs and Love getting Aaron Jones and Christian Watson back without snap limits are what provides the most optimism here. The return of guard Elgton Jenkins helps, too. Love has upside to get back to 25-plus Fantasy points like he had in Weeks 1-3. I'd start him over Trevor Lawrence, Joe Burrow and Jared Goff.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: QBs to Start

Love had his first game under 26.3 Fantasy points in Week 4 against Detroit, but he still managed 19.6 points. He struggled against the Lions, but that production is still a solid floor if that's going to be what a poor game looks like. I'm hopeful we see better production from Christian Watson and Aaron Jones in Week 5 at Las Vegas to support Romeo Doubs. And the matchup with the Raiders is a favorable one since Las Vegas has allowed three quarterbacks in a row (Josh Allen, Kenny Pickett and Justin Herbert) to score at least 22.5 Fantasy points. Love should rebound in Week 5 and once again has top-10 upside.

  • Packers' Jordan Love: Start Him (Lineup Decisions)

Patrick Mahomes and Geno Smith have hit at least 23 Fantasy points against the Lions this season; only Desmond Ridder last week recoiled statistically. Even if Dan Campbell's crew uncharacteristically blitzed Love all game long he still would have a shot at connecting on big plays considering his receiving corps is at its best. Love has some large upside and should be considered a must-start over Jared Goff, Joe Burrow, Dak Prescott and Deshaun Watson.
