Taylor Stallworth: Let go by San Francisco
The 49ers cut Stallworth from their practice squad Tuesday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
San Francisco signed Stallworth to its practice squad Dec. 21, but his time with the organization was brief. The veteran defensive tackle may now try to latch on elsewhere. Stallworth played in all 16 games for the Colts in both 2020 and 2021, but he's bounced around over the past two seasons and has played in just eight contests between three squads (Houston, Kansas City and Tennessee).

Taylor Stallworth: Tries out with Jets
Stallworth (undisclosed) tried out with the Jets on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Stallworth has seemingly recovered from the undisclosed injury that landed him on Tennessee's injured reserve before he was waived in November. The 28-year-old could provide New York with extra depth at defensive tackle as Quinton Jefferson (hip) is now out for the season.

Stallworth (undisclosed) was waived from injured reserve by the Titans on Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Stallworth was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury in late October and he will now look for a new opportunity elsewhere. The defensive tackle appeared in one game with Tennessee this year, failing to record a stat over six defensive snaps.

The Titans placed Stallworth (undisclosed) on injured reserve Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Stallworth will be out for at least the next four games after playing in just one game since signing with the Titans in early October. Kyle Peko should see increased playing time with Stallworth now out.

Stallworth signed with the Titans' practice squad Monday, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Stallworth was unable to make the Panthers squad out of training camp, but he's found a new opportunity in Tennessee. The veteran defensive lineman last played with the Chiefs in 2022, but he's had stops with Houston, Indianapolis and New Orleans since 2018 as well.

Panthers' Taylor Stallworth: Practicing with team
Stallworth (hamstring) participated in Monday's practice.
The defensive end signed with the Panthers on June 29 after suffering a hamstring injury during the Texans' minicamp in May. Stallworth has played in 57 games and started two in five NFL seasons with four teams. He should get a chance to compete for a roster spot as training camp progresses.

Stallworth received an injury settlement with the Texans on May 30 after hurting his hamstring during minicamp. The 27-year-old appeared in seven contests last season for Kansas City and Houston and totaled eight tackles. He'll likely be competing for a depth role on Carolina's defensive front.

Texans' Taylor Stallworth: Lands on IR
Stallworth (hamstring) was placed on injured reserve Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Stallworth will have to miss the 2023 season with his move to IR, unless he can reach an injury settlement with the Texans. According to his agent, as relayed by Aaron Wilson as well, that is what is expected to happen. If it does, Stallworth will be free to sign with any team once he can prove himself healthy.

Texans' Taylor Stallworth: Will stick in Houston
The Texans re-signed Stallworth to a one-year contract Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
In 2022, Stallworth made one appearance for the Texans, who claimed the undrafted defensive tackle out of South Carolina off waivers in December. Apparently, Houston liked what they saw from the veteran and have opted to retain him for the 2023 campaign. Stallworth was a solid rotational piece for the Saints (2018-2019) and the Colts (2020-2021), but he's never been an IDP asset with career highs of 16 tackles and three sacks in a season.

Houston placed Stallworth (calf) on injured reserve Saturday.
Stallworth had already been ruled out for Week 15 with a calf injury, but he'll now be sidelined for Houston's final four games due to the issue. Across seven appearances (six with Kansas City and one with Houston), the fifth-year defensive tackle totaled eight tackles across 70 defensive snaps during the 2022 campaign.

Texans' Taylor Stallworth: Claimed by Houston
The Texans claimed Stallworth off waivers from Kansas City on Wednesday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Stallworth becomes part of the defensive tackle rotation in the Texans' 4-3 alignment, joining Maliek Collins, Roy Lopez, Kurt Hinish and Thomas Booker. Houston released Michael Dwumfour to make room for Stallworth, who logged 53 snaps and four tackles over six games with the Chiefs.
