Broncos' Fabian Moreau: Notches interception in win
Moreau recorded five tackles (two solo) and two passes defended, including one interception in Monday's 24-22 win over the Bills.
Moreau's interception Monday was his first of the 2023 campaign, and his five total tackles matched his season-high through eight games. The veteran cornerback played 100 percent of the Broncos' defensive snaps as he continues to start at cornerback opposite of Patrick Surtain. Moreau will look to build upon his solid outing when the Broncos host the Vikings in Week 11.

Broncos' Fabian Moreau: Stepping into larger role
Moreau is expected to make a second straight start at cornerback Sunday versus Kansas City, Ryan McFadden of The Denver Post reports.
After logging just 27 snaps on defense over Denver's first six games of the season, Moreau displaced the struggling Damarri Mathis as a starting boundary corner opposite All-Pro Patrick Surtain in the Broncos' Week 7 win over the Packers. Moreau proceeded to play all 61 of the Broncos' snaps on defense in the victory, recording four tackles and a pass breakup. With Moreau drawing favorable reviews from the coaching staff for his Week 7 performance, he'll take on an expanded role once again Week 8 but draws a much tougher matchup in the form of Patrick Mahomes and the high-powered Chiefs offense.

The Broncos released Moreau on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Moreau spent the first four seasons of his career in Washington but has bounced around the league over the past few years. He joined the Broncos in early August but was unable to land a spot on the team's 53-man roster, and he'll now attempt to find another opportunity for the 2023 campaign.

Giants' Fabian Moreau: Logs career-high tackle mark
Moreau racked up 66 tackles (16 solo) and 10 pass defenses over 14 regular-season contests.
Moreau led New York with 10 pass defenses, and he tallied a career-high 66 tackles despite playing nearly 300 fewer defensive snaps than he did with Atlanta last season. The veteran cornerback held steady as the campaign progressed, averaging 5.6 tackles between Weeks 13 and 17 before resting during the Giants' regular-season finale. Giants' Fabian Moreau: Eight stops Saturday
Moreau posted eight tackles (five solo) during Saturday's 27-24 loss to the Vikings.
Moreau came up one tackle shy of his season high and also tied with linebacker Micah McFadden as the Giants' second-leading tackler behind linebacker Jaylon Smith (10) in Week 16. The 28-year-old cornerback also played every defensive snap for the third time in the last four games, as he's been the team's top cornerback with Adoree' Jackson (knee) sidelined since Week 11. Moreau now has 62 tackles and a team-high 10 passes defended over 13 games this season, and he'll look to notch his first interception of the year against versus Indianapolis this coming Sunday.

Giants' Fabian Moreau: Posts seven tackles in Week 13 tie
Moreau recorded seven tackles (three solo) and a defended pass Sunday in a 20-20 tie with Washington.
Moreau missed New York's Week 12 contest against Dallas due to an oblique injury, but he was able to return to face the Commanders on Sunday. The veteran cornerback logged 100 percent of the Giants' defensive snaps for the third time this season and finished fifth on the team with seven stops. Moreau hasn't recorded a sack or a turnover this season and has posted inconsistent tackle totals, so he's not on the IDP radar.

Giants' Fabian Moreau: Will play Sunday

Giants' Fabian Moreau: Questionable for Week 13
Moreau (oblique) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against Washington, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Moreau didn't play in the Giants' Thanksgiving Day matchup against Dallas due to an oblique injury he picked up a week prior. The cornerback returned to practice during Week 13 prep, but he logged three straight limited sessions and is considered questionable for Sunday's divisional matchup. Adoree' Jackson (knee) has been ruled out again, so if Moreau remains sidelined as well, Nick McCloud, Rodarius Williams and Cor'Dale Flott would presumably operate as New York's top three cornerbacks against Washington.
