Once again, the dominant French center turned in a double-double for the Gold. Cornelie's first season playing in the G League was a massive success with the 26-year-old averaging 17.8 points, 12.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game. The 6-foot-11 center also showed off impressive shooting from deep, drilling 2.2 triples per game at a 36.2 percent clip. Cornelie was drafted by Denver back in 2016 and waited five seasons before coming to the organization, but the way the French native has developed must be a pleasant sight to see for the Nuggets.
