Timberwolves' Kyle Anderson: Officially questionable
Anderson (hip) is questionable for Tuesday's Game 2 against the Suns.
Anderson left Saturday's Game 1 win over Phoenix in the second quarter after suffering a hip injury and never returned, finishing the contest with just two points (1-2 FG) in five minutes off the bench. If Anderson is sidelined, Nickeil Alexander-Walker could see more minutes off the bench again.

Timberwolves' Kyle Anderson: Goes through practice
Anderson (hip) was able to practice Monday, Dane Moore of 'The Dane Moore NBA Podcast' reports.
It's unclear if Anderson had any limitations Monday, but Moore noted that he appeared to be doing better. Anderson left Saturday's Game 1 against the Suns early due to a hip pointer and was unable to return. More clarity is expected on his status for Tuesday's Game 2 when Minnesota releases their official injury report Monday evening.

Timberwolves' Nickeil Alexander-Walker: Leads bench offensively in win
Alexander-Walker ended Saturday's 120-95 win over Phoenix in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 18 points (7-12 FG, 4-9 3Pt), four rebounds, two assists and four steals in 29 minutes.
Alexander-Walker led all bench players in Saturday's Game 1 in scoring while ending two points shy of the 20-point mark and swiping a team-high quartet of steals to lead the second unit. Alexander-Walker, who also connected on a team-high-tying mark from three Sunday, tallied 18 or more points in five games during the regular season while connecting on four or more threes in seven contests.

Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Leads way in near double-double
Edwards ended Saturday's 120-95 victory over the Suns in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals with 33 points (14-24 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and two steals across 36 minutes.
Edwards did it all for Minnesota in Saturday's Game 1 victory at home, leading all players in the contest in scoring while ending one rebound shy of a double-double to go along with a half-dozen assists. Edwards, who also led the Timberwolves in threes made, took over the third quarter of Saturday's contest, scoring 18 of his 33 points in that frame.

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Top rebounder in double-double
Gobert ended with 14 points (4-6 FG, 6-7 FT), 16 rebounds and two assists in 37 minutes during Saturday's 120-95 win over the Suns in Game 1 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals.
Gobert owned the glass in Saturday's Game 1 victory, leading all players in the contest in rebounds while posting the lone double-double. Gobert concluded the regular season with at least 10 points and 15 rebounds in four of his final five outings.

Anderson returned to the bench but headed back to the locker room as he was still in pain, and it remains to be seen if he'll make it back to the court. If he's not able to return, Naz Reid and Nickeil Alexander-Walker could be in line for more minutes off the bench.

Anderson headed to the locker room during the second quarter of Saturday's game against the Suns due to an apparent hip injury, Jace Frederick of St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
Anderson looked in pain after a foul and was seen grabbing his right hip before heading to the locker room to be checked by a trainer. The Timberwolves would lose one of their best on-ball defenders if he's unable to return to the contest.
