Bengals' Ricardo Allen: Lands on IR

The Bengals placed Allen (hand) on injured reserve Wednesday.

As expected, Allen heads to IR to open up a roster spot ahead of Week 2. The 29-year-old broke his hand and suffered a hamstring strain during Sunday's win over the Vikings and will be sidelined for at least three weeks.
