Saints' Alvin Kamara: Cleared to face Tampa
Kamara (hip/hand) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
The Saints listed Kamara as a non-participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, after he took on a season-high 90 percent snap share in a 26-13 loss to the Chiefs on Monday. He was then a limited practice participant both Thursday and Friday, apparently showing enough to avoid an injury designation for the first start of rookie QB Spencer Rattler's career. The Saints may lean on Kamara even more than usual, especially because Taysom Hill (rib) also is out this week, but the combination of Derek Carr's oblique injury and continued health struggles for the interior offensive line mean it's not the best setup for per-touch efficiency or frequent red-zone visits. The opponent, at least, appears favorable for fantasy production, although Tampa's injury-riddled defense appears somewhat healthier compared to the past few games.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Officially limited Thursday
Kamara (hip/hand) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Kamara was absent from Wednesday's walkthrough due to hip and hand injuries, but his return one day later to a capped session bodes well for his status ahead of Sunday's game versus the Buccaneers. In the end, Friday's practice report will reveal whether or not he enters the weekend with a designation.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Back at practice Thursday
Kamara (hip/hand) was present at Thursday's practice, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.
Kamara missed the first session of Week 4 prep, something that was replicated to begin this week, but it appears as if Wednesday's absence was more maintenance-related than anything as he tends to hip and hand injuries. Thursday's practice report will reveal how much work he was able to handle.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Idle for Wednesday's practice
Kamara didn't participate in Wednesday's walkthrough practice due to hip and hand injuries, John Hendrix of SI.com reports.
Kamara was listed with hip and rib issues on Saints injury reports for the past two games but still was able to suit up Weeks 4 and 5. While he handled 26 touches in Week 4 against Atlanta, he fell back to 17 touches Monday in Kansas City. Considering the Saints didn't hold a full practice to begin Week 6 prep, Kamara will have two more chances to prove his health before the team potentially tags him with a designation for Sunday's contest against the Buccaneers.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: Runs into brick wall defense
Kamara rushed 11 times for 26 yards and caught six of eight targets for 40 yards in Monday's 26-13 loss to the Chiefs.
Kamara was stuffed on most of his carries against a tough Kansas City defensive line in Monday's primetime matchup. The versatile running back maintained a modest four-game streak of posting 40 or more receiving yards on his six receptions. Kamara will look for more success from a fantasy perspective in a home matchup against the Buccaneers on Sunday.

Saints' Alvin Kamara: All set for Monday
Kamara (hips/ribs) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Chiefs, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.
Kamara was a full participant in Saturday's practice, paving the way for the talented back to cleared ahead of the primetime contest. The veteran was listed with the dual hip/ribs injury last week, but that didn't seem to affect his workload as he took 26 touches for 119 total yards and a touchdown on an 81 percent snap share. It's safe to assume Kamara will once again be in a position to pile together plenty of fantasy points for managers.
