Kings' Alex Len: Out 6-to-8 weeks
The Kings announced Friday that Len is expected to miss 6-to-8 weeks due to a right high-ankle sprain, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports.
Before missing the Kings' loss to the Lakers on Wednesday, Len had appeared in five straight games, but he logged no more than 13 minutes in any of those contests. His upcoming absence will reduce the Kings' depth at center behind Domantas Sabonis, though Trey Lyles (calf) should be ready to make his season debut soon and could end up claiming Len's vacated spot on the second unit.

Len left Monday's game against the Cavaliers due to a right ankle injury and won't return, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.
Len appeared to suffer the injury on a collision with an opposing player, and he was unable to place any weight on his right foot while exiting the court. The big man was taken to the locker room for further evaluation, and the team has since announced that he's been shut down for the rest of the night. Expect JaVale McGee to pick up additional minutes in the second half with Len out of commission.

Though he's been buried on the depth chart all season and has typically been the fourth-string center behind Domantas Sabonis, Chimezie Metu and Richaun Holmes, Len surprising got the first call off the bench when Sabonis received his first breather late in the first quarter. Len made the most of his court time and was a plus-29 during his minutes, good for the third-best mark on the team. While he won't get enough playing time to make for a usable streaming option when Sabonis is available, Len may have at least temporarily captured a rotation role.
