Suzuki scored a goal and added an assist Thursday in a 6-2 win over the Capitals.

The goal, which came while shorthanded, was his 24th this season and snapped a five-game point drought. Suzuki has 63 points, including 24 goals, in 79 games this season and that's a new career mark for the young captain.
