Lions' Penei Sewell: Won't play Sunday

Sewell (thumb) is inactive Sunday against the Packers.

Sewell spent time this week in COVID protocols, but his thumb will ultimately keep him on the sidelines Sunday. Matt Nelson will likely draw the start at right tackle.
