McNeil (knee) will be available for Sunday's game against the Vikings.
McNeill was activated off injured reserve Saturday and subsequently labeled as questionable for the regular season finale. He has not played since Week 13. Barring any setbacks, look for him to take on his usual role on Detroit's interior defensive line.
