Walker (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Texans, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Walker will miss a second consecutive game as he nurses a knee injury. Jordan Kunaszyk (calf) is also unavailable for Week 16, so Tony Fields will once again see an increase in workload at middle linebacker versus Houston.
