We hope the Seahawks DST is not trending in the wrong direction after its first appearance outside the top 10 in the past five years in 2016. The Seahawks DST was No. 11 in standard Fantasy leagues, and this is after four years in a row of finishing at No. 7 or better. Its stars are getting older with guys like Richard Sherman, Kam Chancellor, Earl Thomas, Bobby Wagner, K.J. Wright and Michael Bennett having been around for years, and Thomas has to prove he's past last year's broken leg. Still, the Seahawks have proven playmakers on defense, and the Seahawks DST could benefit if return man Tyler Lockett (broken leg) can find his rookie form of 2015. We still consider the Seahawks DST a No. 1 Fantasy unit coming into the season, and it is worth drafting with a late-round pick in all leagues.
