If there's been a certainty for Fantasy owners the past three seasons it's the Seahawks DST being a consistent option in all leagues. They have finished as the No. 2, 4 and 4 DST in standard leagues over that span, and they should again be dominant in 2016. Last year, the Seahawks had 14 interceptions, 37 sacks, 14 fumble recoveries, seven DST touchdowns and allowed just 277 points, which was the best in the NFL. Losing Bruce Irvin (Oakland) will hurt, but Seattle should again have the chance for a Top 5 finish in all formats. The Seahawks DST should be among the first units off the board in all leagues with a late-round pick.
