Wood (knee) underwent a successful arthroscopic procedure on his left knee Tuesday, Ryan Ward of LakersNation.com reports.
Wood hasn't played since Feb. 14 due to a left knee injury and has now undergone surgery to address the issue. While Wood hasn't been ruled out for the postseason, a regular-season return seems unlikely.
