Mets' J.D. Martinez: Sitting down for nightcap

Martinez isn't in the Mets' lineup for the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Dodgers, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

After a 1-for-4 effort in Game 1, Martinez will get a breather to conclude Tuesday's activities. DJ Stewart will instead get the nod as New York's DH and bat fourth.
