Klapka scored his first NHL goal and also had a fight in Thursday's season finale versus the Sharks. He'll now rejoin the Wranglers for their AHL playoff push. Klapka may have a chance to compete for an NHL job in 2024-25.

Klapka has played well in the minors this season, racking up 21 goals, 45 points and 88 PIM through 64 contests. If he draws into the lineup Tuesday versus Vancouver, look for Klapka to slot into a bottom-six role against the Canucks.

Klapka was reassigned to AHL Calgary following Saturday's 1-0 win over the Blackhawks.
Klapka got into four games with the Flames during his stay in the NHL. He had eight hits, one blocked shot, two PIM and a minus-1 rating in a fourth-line role. One of Klapka or Cole Schwindt will likely stay in the AHL after the Flames return from the All-Star break.
