Zacha added an assist in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Maple Leafs for Game 2 of the conference quarterfinals. Zacha roused the home crowd with a spinning backhand pass to David Pastrnak for a one-timer that goalie Ilya Samsonov had virtually no chance of stopping. Unfortunately for Bruins fans, the top-line center was otherwise quiet in the contest, and Zacha's full minute on the man advantage didn't bear fruit. This is the lone playoff series with the teams tied 1-1 after two games.... See More ... See Less

Bruins' Pavel Zacha: One of each in win
Zacha scored a goal on four shots and added an assist in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Penguins. Zacha reached the 20-goal mark in the second period and helped out on a Kevin Shattenkirk tally in that frame. The 27-year-old Zacha saw a six-game point streak end Tuesday versus the Hurricanes, but he's been quite consistent down the stretch. The center has eight goals and 14 assists over 19 games since the start of March. For the season, he's at a career-high 58 points with 142 shots on net, 105 hits and a plus-14 rating through 76 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Hands out helper
Zacha notched an assist, two shots on goal and four hits in Wednesday's 3-1 loss to the Lightning. Zacha controlled the puck after the Bruins forced a turnover, and he fed Danton Heinen for a first-period tally. The helper gave Zacha six goals and eight assists over 13 outings in March. He continues to see key minutes as a top-six center. He's reached the 50-point mark for the second year in a row while adding 133 shots on net, 96 hits and a plus-11 rating through 70 appearances.... Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Two points including GWG
Zacha scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 win over the Panthers. He also chipped in four shots on net, two hits, a blocked shot and a plus-3 rating. Zacha has been locked in for most of the month -- through 12 games in March he's collected six goals and 13 points. The 26-year-old center sits one point short of his second straight 50-point campaign.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Four-game, seven-point streak
Zacha had two goals and an assist in a 5-1 win over Pittsburgh on Saturday. Zacha has five goals and two assists during his four-game point streak. His first goal pushed the Bruins up 2-0 on the power play at the midway point of the second period when he deflected a pass from the right side of the net. It stood as the game-winner. Zacha pushed the puck past Alex Nedeljkovic at the front of the net at 15:33 of the third to finish the scoring. Anyone skating with David Pastrnak at even strength is worthy of roster consideration, and in some formats, Zacha is waiting to be plucked off the wire.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Game-time call Monday
Zacha (lower body) will be a game-time decision ahead of Monday's matchup with Toronto, Luke Fox of Sportsnet reports. Zacha didn't take line rushes during Monday's game-day skate, per Mark Masters of TSN, which is usually an indication that a player won't be in the lineup. The 26-year-old Czech is stuck in an 11-game goal drought dating back to Feb. 8 against the Canucks. If Zacha doesn't play, Morgan Geekie looks poised to slide into the second-line center role.... Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Won't return to Saturday's game
Zacha (lower body) won't finish Saturday's game versus the Islanders. Zacha did not come out for the second period and was ruled out for the rest of the game shortly after that. It's unclear when he was injured in the contest. The 26-year-old should be considered day-to-day ahead of Monday's game in Toronto.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Contributes assist
Zacha notched an assist in Monday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Kraken. Zacha is in a nine-game goal drought, and he has just three assists in that span. The 26-year-old is still playing in a top-six role, but his offense has faded of late. Zacha is up to 36 points, 107 shots on net, 72 hits and a plus-9 rating through 56 appearances. He's a solid depth option in most fantasy formats given his role, but he's unlikely to carry a virtual squad on his own.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Earns helper in overtime
Zacha notched an assist, four shots on goal and two blocked shots in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over the Oilers. Zacha helped out on Charlie McAvoy's game-winner in overtime. Over his last six games, Zacha has been limited to two assists and 13 shots on net. The 26-year-old remains in a top-six role and now has 35 points, 100 shots on net, 71 hits and a plus-10 rating through 53 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Two points in Thursday's win
Zacha scored a goal and added an assist in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Canucks. The points came 15 seconds apart inside the first minute of the second period, blowing the game open. Zacha has two goals and six points over a four-game point streak, and since the beginning of January he's collected three goals and 11 points in 15 contests.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Two helpers in Philly
Zacha picked up two assists while adding three shots on net, one blocked shot and a plus-4 rating in Saturday's 6-2 win over the Flyers. Zacha helped set up the first two tallies of the afternoon as Boston surged out to a 4-0 lead in the first period. It was his first multi-point performance since Dec. 19, but the 26-year-old has still been productive in January, collecting a goal and eight points over the last 11 games.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Set to play
Zacha (illness) is expected to return to the lineup Monday against New Jersey, according to Fluto Shinzawa of The Athletic. Zacha is slated to play between Danton Heinen and Jake DeBrusk after missing Saturday's 4-3 overtime win over St. Louis. The 26-year-old Zacha has nine goals, 25 points and 69 shots on net through 38 games this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Won't play Saturday
Zacha (illness) won't be in the lineup Saturday against St. Louis, according to Jim McBride of The Boston Globe. Morgan Geekie is projected to center the top line in Zacha's place. The 26-year-old Zacha has accounted for nine goals, 25 points, 69 shots on net and 44 hits in 38 games this season.... See More ... See Less -

This was Zacha's second straight game with an assist, his first time getting on the scoresheet in consecutive outings since Nov. 24-25. The 26-year-old forward has 25 points (nine on the power play) with 67 shots on net, 44 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 37 appearances.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Adds power-play helper
Zacha notched a power-play assist, four shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Monday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Avalanche. Zacha has five points over 10 contests since returning from an upper-body injury Dec. 19 against Minnesota. The 26-year-old started the year at center, but he's been playing left wing on a line with David Pastrnak and Morgan Geekie in recent games. Zacha is at a solid 24 points (eight on the power play), 65 shots on net, 42 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 36 appearances this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Placed on IR
Zacha (upper body) was placed on injured reserve Thursday. Zacha's placement on IR was likely made retroactive to Sunday. Even if that's the case, the 26-year-old pivot will be forced to miss Boston's next two games at a minimum. With Zacha, who's picked up eight goals and 19 points through 26 contests this season, on the shelf, look for Morgan Geekie to have an expanded role in the short term.... See More ... See Less -
