Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Two points in Game 5 loss
Reinhart scored a goal on three shots, added an assist and logged two hits in Tuesday's 9-3 loss to the Golden Knights in Game 5.
Reinhart was held off the scoresheet in the first four games of the Stanley Cup Finals, and his two points Tuesday came in the third period of a blowout loss. The 27-year-old forward finished with eight goals, five assists, 45 shots on net, 44 hits, 29 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating in 21 playoff outings. He's entering the final year of a contract with a $6.5 million cap hit, so he should remain in a top-six role for the Panthers in 2023-24.

Panthers' Sam Reinhart: Nets game-winning goal Monday
Reinhart found the back of the net in a 1-0 victory over Carolina in Game 3 on Monday.
Reinhart's marker came on the power play midway through the second period, and it ended up being all the support Sergei Bobrovsky needed. The 27-year-old forward has seven goals and 10 points in 15 playoff contests this year, including four points with the man advantage. Reinhart was held off the scoresheet between Game 7 of the second round and Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals, but that two-game mini-slump is his longest drought of the postseason.

Reinhart produced a power-play assist and blocked two shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime win over the Hurricanes in Game 2.
Reinhart set up Matthew Tkachuk's tally 1:51 into the extra session. Through 14 playoff contests, Reinhart doesn't have a multi-point effort, but he's been steady to not go more than two games without a point. Reinhart scored a goal on two shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Maple Leafs.
Reinhart tallied the game-winner 3:02 into the extra frame, beating Joseph Woll on a wraparound to give the Panthers a 3-2 win and a commanding 3-0 lead in the series. The 27-year-old Reinhart has been solid in the postseason, tallying a point in seven of 10 games. He has five goals and two assists in the playoffs after logging 67 points (31 goals, 36 assists) in the regular season.
