  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Opens scoring in loss

Lowry scored a goal on three shots and added three hits in Sunday's 3-1 loss to the Stars. Lowry struck at 3:16 of the first period, but the Jets didn't solve Jake Oettinger after that. This was Lowry's fourth goal and fifth point over the last nine contests as he continues to offer steady depth scoring from the third line. The 31-year-old center is up to six tallies, 16 points, 33 shots on net, 44 hits, 20 blocked shots and a plus-14 rating over 25 appearances this season, production worthy of a depth spot in most fantasy formats.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Fills empty cage

Lowry scored an empty-net goal on four shots in Monday's 4-1 win over the Wild. Lowry has three goals and an assist over the last six contests. His four shots Monday were a season high. The 31-year-old center is up to five tallies, 15 points, 30 shots, 37 hits, 18 blocked shots and a plus-16 rating through 22 appearances. While primarily functioning as a shutdown center, the Jets' offense has run deep enough for Lowry to set a career-best scoring pace just over a quarter of the way through the campaign.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Nets goal Saturday

Lowry scored a goal in Saturday's 4-1 loss to the Predators. Lowry found the back of the net with a wrist shot midway through the second period, but that would be all the offense the Jets would muster in the entire game. It was a disappointing effort from Winnipeg, but at least Lowry managed to crack the scoresheet for the third time in his last five appearances. He has two goals and one assist in that span, though the lack of consistency on a game-to-game basis and his role as a bottom-six forward limits his fantasy appeal.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Deposits goal in loss

Lowry scored a goal on two shots and added four hits in Thursday's 4-1 loss to the Lightning. While the Jets took their second loss of the season, Lowry was able to snap a three-game point drought. This was his first goal since Oct. 20 versus the Penguins. Lowry is up to three tallies, 12 points, 24 shots on net, 27 hits, 12 blocked shots, nine PIM and a plus-13 rating over 17 contests. He's centering the third line and scoring at a career-best rate, including a 12.5 shooting percentage, though the veteran tends to be more of a selective shooter in the offensive zone.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Records two helpers in win

Lowry notched two assists, two hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Tuesday's 3-0 win over Utah. Lowry continues to hum along as a playmaker and shutdown center on the third line. He's racked up seven helpers over his last seven contests, and he's added a plus-7 rating in that span. Overall, Lowry has 11 points, 16 shots on net, 22 hits and a plus-13 rating through 13 outings this season. As long as he continues to offer steady offense and his usual physicality, the 31-year-old is a depth option for fantasy managers.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Puts up assist in win

Lowry logged an assist and two shots on goal in Friday's 6-2 win over the Blue Jackets. Lowry hasn't scored in six games, but he has five assists in that span. The 31-year-old helped out on Mason Appleton's goal 2:20 into the second period, which stood as the game-winner. Lowry has displayed strong offense for a third-liner with two goals, seven helpers, a plus-11 rating, 15 shots on net and 19 hits through 11 contests this season. His strong two-way play will keep his ice time steady even if his offense takes a dip.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Provides pair of helpers

Lowry logged two assists, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 5-3 win over the Flames. One of Lowry's helpers came on a shorthanded goal by Kyle Connor in the first period. This was Lowry's first multi-point effort since Opening Night, but he has been consistent as a depth scorer for the undefeated Jets. The center has two goals, five helpers, 13 shots on net, 13 hits and a plus-8 rating over eight appearances. While he'll rarely see power-play time, he gets enough ice time and adds strong non-scoring numbers in a middle-six role to earn a look in fantasy.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Notches assist

Lowry posted an assist, two shots on goal, four hits and two PIM in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kraken. Lowry helped out on the first of Nino Niederreiter's two tallies in the game. Offense isn't the focus of Lowry's game, but he's been pretty good with two goals, three assists and 11 shots on net over seven appearances. The shutdown center has added 12 hits and a plus-6 rating while often playing bigger minutes than his third-line role would suggest.

Lowry scored his second goal of the season in Sunday's 6-3 win over Pittsburgh. Lowry added two shots, two hits, two PIM and a plus-3 rating in 15:22 of ice time. Winnipeg's captain is off to a strong start to the 2024-25 campaign -- he's generated two goals (both game-winners), two assists and a plus-6 rating through five contests. • Jets' Adam Lowry: Back on scoresheet

Lowry registered an even-strength assist in Sunday's 2-1 overtime victory against the Wild. Lowry is up to three points (one goal) in as many games to start the 2024-25 campaign. Winnipeg's captain has been reliable in his third-line role and spot on the penalty kill -- he's missed just four contests over the last three seasons. Lowry's career high in points is 36, set during the 2022-23 campaign, so he isn't a fantasy factor outside of deeper formats.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Goal, assist in win

Lowry scored a goal on three shots, dished an assist and went plus-3 in Wednesday's 6-0 win over the Oilers. Lowry opened the scoring at 14:56 of the first period and also helped out on a Dylan Samberg tally in the second. While his usage is typically that of a third-liner, Lowry's shutdown skills tend to lead to him getting ice time closer to second-line usage. His last two years have been his best in the NHL -- the 31-year-old has accumulated 71 points over his last 163 contests. He's positioned to push for 35-plus points and 200 hits in 2024-25.

Lowry scored twice and added six hits in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Avalanche in Game 1. Lowry had a two-goal game against Colorado on April 13 as well, but those were his only two tallies over a 19-game stretch. The 31-year-old finished the regular season with 35 points, 181 hits, 57 PIM and 119 shots on net over 81 appearances in a third-line role. He should continue to see that kind of usage going forward, though Lowry isn't expected to stay hot on offense throughout the playoffs.

Lowry (rest) won't be in the lineup Thursday versus Vancouver, per Mike McIntyre of the Winnipeg Free Press. Coach Rick Bowness is giving the 31-year-old center the night off to get ready for the playoffs, which begin on the weekend. Lowry had 12 goals, 23 assists and 181 hits in 81 during the regular season.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Lights lamp twice in Colorado

Lowry scored two goals in Saturday's 7-0 win over the Avalanche. The 31-year-old potted Winnipeg's fourth and seventh tallies in the rout. Lowry snapped a 17-game goal drought with the performance, a stretch in which he managed only three assists. Despite the slump, he sits only one point short of tying the career-high 36 he collected in 2022-23, and his plus-17 rating is nearly double his previous best.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Reaches 10-goal mark

Lowry scored a goal on three shots and added three hits in Friday's 3-0 win over the Kraken. Lowry has two goals and three assists during his four-game point streak to begin March. He had just two helpers in all of February, so it's good to see the veteran center getting more involved on offense. He's up to 10 goals, 30 points, 96 shots, 133 hits, 54 blocked shots, 55 PIM and a plus-16 rating through 62 contests overall.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Multi-point effort

Lowry found the back of the net and added an assist in Tuesday's 4-3 loss to the Kraken. Lowry scored his ninth goal of the season with nine seconds left in the second period to tie the contest. He followed that up with an assist early in the third frame to take the lead, but the Jets could not hold on for the win. He is now on a three-game point streak, scoring one goal and three assists over that span. While Lowry's recent form is promising, fantasy managers should be realistic about his point potential and value him primarily for his well-rounded skill set.

  • Jets' Adam Lowry: Dishes two helpers in win

Lowry provided two assists, two shots on goal, two hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 2-1 win over the Blackhawks. This was Lowry's second two-assist game in a row. He was a key part of the Jets' late rally in the third period, earning the primary helper on goals by Gabriel Vilardi and Nikolaj Ehlers to help extend the team's winning streak to eight games. For the season, Lowry has been steady with 22 points, 57 shots, 71 hits, 39 blocked shots and a plus-13 rating over 41 appearances. He's on pace for a career year, which would see him top the 40-point mark for the first time if he can sustain it in the second half.

The Jets' offense gave Daniil Tarasov fits all night, and Lowry contributed with two helpers, a shot on net and a single hit in the contest. The 30-year-old scored a career-high 36 points last season, and he looks to surpass that as Lowry is already up to 20 points through 40 games. He and the Jets are back on the ice Thursday against the Blackhawks.
