Watson compiled 49 tackles (37 solo), and an interception for a touchdown during the 2022 regular season.
As a seventh-round pick, Watson exceeded expectations as a rookie, claiming a regular role with 568 snaps. While he likely needed to prove his worth in training camp in 2022, he should enter 2023 on firm footing regarding his roster spot. However, from a fantasy perspective, Watson only figures to factor into dynasty formats with deep IDP options.
