Westbrooks collected four tackles (three solo) and two sacks during Sunday's 32-16 win over Arizona. Considering he played just 22 of 64 defensive snaps, Westbrooks stuffed the stat sheet Sunday. His 21 tackles (13 solo) and four sacks through 12 games for the campaign hardly land him on the fantasy radar. Rams' Ethan Westbrooks: Arrested on gun charges
Westbrooks was arrested Friday for alleged possession of a firearm that wasn't registered to him personally, Alden Gonzalez of ESPN reports. Westbrooks was initially pulled over in Kern County, California, for speeding. However, the arresting officer found a loaded handgun in Westbrook's possession that was reported as stolen in 2009. In total, the defensive end is being slapped with five felony charges, including receiving stolen property, carrying a loaded firearm, carrying a stolen loaded firearm, grand theft of a firearm and possessing a high-capacity magazine. Rams' Ethan Westbrooks: Re-signs with Rams
Westbrooks, a restricted free agent, re-signed with the Rams on Monday, Myles Simmons of the team's official site reports. Westbrooks has tallied at least 19 tackles and two sacks for the Rams in both of the last two seasons.
