Broncos linebacker Von Miller could be facing a bit more trouble, after he was reportedly arrested Sunday for failing to appear for a court date. He was released on bail shortly after the arrest was made, according to an NFL.com report.

"We have been aware of the matter involving Von Miller's failure to appear in court for traffic violations. It was reported to the league earlier this week and is being handled through the legal system," the team said, in a statement issued Wednesday.

Miller is also facing a four-game suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy, with an appeal scheduled for mid-August. It is not yet clear if there will be any repercussions from this seemingly minor legal issue.
