The Seahawks signed former University of Washington receiver Kevin Smith, reports the Seattle Times. Smith was formerly with the Cardinals and Jaguars this offseason.
In 2013, he made 50 catches for 765 yards for the Huskies. He becomes the 13th receiver on the Seahawks' roster.
