The Seahawks have claimed WR Raymond Webber off waivers from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and waived LB Tressor Baptiste, DE John Graves and CB Jesse Hoffman. Webber went undrafted from Arkansas Pine-Bluff in 2011 and spent the year on injured reserve with Tampa Bay due to a hamstring injury. Baptiste, Graves and Hoffman were all signed to future contracts following last season.
