Jets sign WR Austin Hill; release kicker Andrew Furney

The Jets reached a contract agreement with wide receiver Austin Hill on Tuesday, the team announced. Hill was an undrafted free agent.

To make room for Hill on the roster, the Jets parted ways with kicker Andrew Furney.
