Cardinals LB Alex Okafor was full participant in practice Thursday

Cardinals linebacker Alex Okafor (shoulder) practiced fully Thursday, the Cardinals' official site reports.

Despite suffering a reported dislocated finger in Week 3, Okafor landed on the injury report this week with a shoulder issue, which wasn't particularly concerning after all. He'll aim to build upon his two sacks to kick off the season.
