Paige will miss the remainder of the season due to injury, per the G League transactions page. Paige played 11 minutes in Maine's last game against Raptors 905 but he may have suffered an injury in the contest as well. His absence will leave the G League Celtics without some backcourt depth down the stretch, while Paige will focus on a return in 2022-23.... See More ... See Less

Jaysean Paige: Records 22 points off bench
Paige logged 22 points (9-21 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and three steals across 28 minutes during Thursday's 122-113 win over the College Park Skyhawks. Paige was one of three Maine Celtics players who logged 20-plus points during their win Thursday. But unlike his other two teammates that started, he scored 22 off the bench.... See More ... Jaysean Paige: Back in G League
The Pistons terminated Paige's 10-day contract Saturday, and he's returned to the Maine Celtics, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. Smith reports that with players out of protocols, the Pistons were no longer facing a hardship, which made Paige expendable. He only appeared in one contest for Detroit, playing just seven minutes. He's returned to the Maine Celtics, where he posted 16.9 points per game during the first half of the G League season.... See More ... See Less

PistonPowered@PistonPowered10H agoFans were asked to give "realistic" offseason proposals for the Pistons and there were some good ones. I chose a few and judged if they were realistic or not. I included all of the Tweet receipts... https://t.co/zZaztwKcSh

PistonPowered@PistonPowered12H agoI have to say, listening to objective outsiders breaking down the Pistons is depressing. But I agree with him. https://t.co/gDO7SkKQQ6

James L. Edwards III@JLEdwardsIII1D agoProgramming note: Myself and @Sam_Vecenie have a Pistons story coming tomorrow ($1 sub still going through weekend). But I’ll be in Phoenix covering Suns-Wolves, so no DET stuff for a few days after tomorrow. (Me seeing my people post the turn up from NFL Draft while I’m gone) https://t.co/iU4mkACYCK

PistonPowered@PistonPowered1D agoThis proposed trade was far more polarizing than I expected, but I'd probably go for it if I were the Pistons. https://t.co/YRYhdj1sA9

Detroit Bad Boys ☠@detroitbadboys1D agoTrying to skip ahead in development two years in one offseason not only might be the wrong move for the Detroit Pistons, it could set the franchise back to where they've been since 2009. Editor @sean_corp with a look at this pivotal offseason in Detroit. https://t.co/84pdNuH0uj

PistonPowered@PistonPowered2D agoI find the dramatically disparate views of the Pistons' young talent to be very interesting. So which is more dangerous, underrating or overrating your young players? https://t.co/29cS3oiubW

PistonPowered@PistonPowered2D agoI've been enjoying the Knicks, a strange phenomenon for me, but they have the kind of team I'd love in Detroit. Is it a blueprint the Pistons can follow? https://t.co/zE18klneoQ

James L. Edwards III@JLEdwardsIII3D agoHow can the Pistons build an improved, realistic roster this summer? I think I found an answer. Put my GM hat on, made a big trade & signed some FAs. In talking to people around the NBA, I don’t think it’s far-fetched. ($1 subscription deal in story!) https://t.co/pf7AM2RqmT
