  • Kendrick Nunn: Headed overseas

Nunn is signing with Panathinaikos Athens of the EuroLeague. Nunn is signing with the Greek squad through the end of the 2023-24 season. He joins fellow NBA veterans Juancho Hernangomez and Kyle Guy. Nunn last appeared with the Wizards to conclude the 2022-23 season.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: Leads high-octane affair

Nunn logged 24 points (9-17 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals in 22 minutes during Tuesday's 140-128 loss to the Bucks. Nunn has been a usage monster, and there was writing on the wall that he was due to boom. He's shot the ball well since being traded to Washington. Nunn has legitimate streaming credibility on nights when the Wizards are operating with a skeleton crew like they did Tuesday.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: Minimal rotational role

Nunn provided three points (1-4 FG, 1-2 3Pt) and two steals across five minutes during Tuesday's 122-112 loss to Orlando. Nunn enjoyed consistent playing time for two months in January and February but has seen his playing time minimize since the start of March, averaging just 5.6 minutes over his eight appearances while not appearing in three games. As long as Washington's backcourt remains remotely healthy, there isn't much to see here in terms of Nunn's fantasy value.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: Scores 13 points off bench

Nunn accumulated 13 points (5-7 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, six assists and one steal across 29 minutes during Monday's 135-126 loss to the Warriors. Nunn's 29 minutes and 13 points were both the most he's had since joining the Wizards at the end of January. He also notched six assists for a second straight game and has quietly been a solid producer off the bench over his first nine appearances as a Wizard, averaging 9.3 points, 3.0 assists and 2.3 rebounds in 19.4 minutes during that stretch. If Nunn continues to play this well, he may surpass Delon Wright as the primary backup guard behind Monte Morris before too long.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: Plays well in Wizards debut

Nunn supplied 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-5 3Pt), four rebounds, four assists and two steals across 22 minutes during Wednesday's 108-103 victory over the Rockets. Nunn surprisingly saw 22 minutes during his team debut, though he'll presumably see a reduction in role once Monte Morris (hamstring) returns. He'll mostly be competing for backup minutes at guard with Delon Wright and Jordan Goodwin. He may steal some time away from Corey Kispert as well.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: Good to go

Nunn (personal) will be available to play Tuesday against Dallas, Josh Robbins of The Athletic reports. Nunn will be available to make his Washington debut after being dealt from the Lakers on Monday. He's expected to serve in a depth role in the backcourt for his new squad.

  • Wizards' Kendrick Nunn: En route to Washington

Nunn will be traded to the Wizards, along with three second-round picks, in exchange for Rui Hachimura, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports. The deal won't be completed until Monday afternoon, but all indications are that the Lakers will acquire Hachimura to combat their frontcourt depth issues. Along with the second-rounders, they'll ship Nunn out to Washington, where he'll battle with Monte Morris, Delon Wright, Corey Kispert and Will Barton for minutes in the backcourt. After missing all of last season due to injury, Nunn has appeared in 39 games for the Lakers in 2022-23, posting 6.7 points, 1.4 rebounds and 1.1 threes in just 13.5 minutes per game. He likely won't find himself in a markedly better fantasy situation with the Wizards.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Scores 15 points in 24 minutes

Nunn racked up 15 points (7-12 FG, 1-5 3Pt), two rebounds and one assist over 24 minutes during Monday's 140-132 victory over the Rockets. Nunn finished as the Lakers' third-leading scorer Monday behind LeBron James (48) and Russell Westbrook (24). The reserve guard got to his point total with an efficient 7-for-12 overall shooting mark despite making just one of five shots from three-point range. Nunn has scored 12 or more points four times in his past six games, though he tallied a combined six points over the other two contests in that span. He remains a volatile fantasy target.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Registers season-high point total

Nunn accumulated 23 points (9-16 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal in 27 minutes during Friday's 130-114 victory over the Hawks. Nunn tied a season high with 27 minutes Friday, as the Lakers looked to him to fill the void left by the absences of Austin Reaves (hamstring) and Lonnie Walker (knee). Nunn responded with an efficient shooting performance that helped him finish second on the team in scoring, just two points behind LeBron James' 25. Nunn has struggled to maintain consistent playing time or production this season, but with both Reaves and Walker set to miss multiple weeks, this could be a prime opportunity for him to state his case for a larger role in the Lakers' rotation.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Disappears in loss

Nunn ended Wednesday's 134-120 loss to the Kings with zero points (0-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt) across 11 minutes. Nunn was expected to have a much larger role with Russell Westbrook (foot) sidelined, but Nunn failed to score and only played 11 minutes. His horrible line is a result of coach Darvin Ham's continued experimentation with the rotation, and Nunn was the obvious victim Wednesday. Until a more prominent role solidifies, Nunn is a very risky fantasy proposition.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Drops 15 points off bench

Nunn recorded 15 points (6-13 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, one assist and three steals over 21 minutes during Wednesday's 126-113 loss to Toronto. Nunn put together his best scoring night since he posted 18 points Nov. 7 against Utah. The guard hasn't been much of a factor within the Lakers' rotation of late, averaging 11.8 minutes over his last eight matchups.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Shifts back to bench role

Nunn will come off the bench for Wednesday's game against the Clippers, Ryan Ward of reports. Nunn started the Lakers' last two games, but he'll return to a bench role Wednesday as Patrick Beverley rejoins the starting five. Nunn had his most productive outing since the season opener in Monday's loss to the Jazz, recording 18 points across 27 minutes of action.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Breaks through with 18 points

Nunn totaled 18 points (7-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and one assist over 27 minutes in Monday's loss to Utah. Nunn made his second straight start with Patrick Beverley out of action due to a non-COVID illness. Though he produced almost no complementary stats in the loss, it was nice to see Nunn finally show something on offense, as he went 7-for-11 from the field en route to a season-best 18 points. This was his first double-digit scoring performance since the first night of the campaign, and the Lakers will look for him to provide more efforts like this as they look to turn around what has been an ugly start to the season.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Draws another start

Nunn is starting Monday's game against the Jazz, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports. Nunn will get another chance to lead the first unit with both Dennis Schroder (thumb) and Patrick Beverley (illness) ruled out for Monday. He'll start alongside Austin Reaves, Troy Brown, Wenyen Gabriel and Anthony Davis.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Garners spot start

Nunn will start at point guard in Sunday's game against the Cavaliers, Mark Medina of reports. He'll be entering the starting five as a replacement for Patrick Beverley (illness), who is sidelined for the first time all season. Considering that Nunn had effectively been outside of the Lakers' rotation the past three games, he won't necessarily be a safe bet to inherit all of the 27.9 minutes per contest Beverley has averaged for the season.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Unimpressive in loss

Nunn posted nine points (4-9 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 0-1 FT) and two rebounds in 12 minutes during Friday's 111-102 loss to the Timberwolves. Nunn continues his cold spell from beyond the arc, currently residing at a 23.8 percent clip. It's not for a lack of trying, however. Per 36 minutes, Nunn is launching 10.2 three-point attempts per game -- a top-10 rate in the league. He'll look to get on track moving forward.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Struggles as Lakers fall Thursday

Nunn posted zero points (0-7 FG, 0-4 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists and one block across 11 minutes during Thursday's 103-97 loss to the Clippers. Coming off what was an encouraging performance in the season opener, Nunn failed to hit a shot Thursday, going 0-for-7 from the field. For anyone that streamed him ahead of Thursday's matchup, he can likely be returned to the waiver wire given his performance against the Clippers.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Goes for 21 points off bench

Nunn delivered 21 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), seven assists and four rebounds across 25 minutes off the bench in Sunday's 124-121 win over the Warriors. Nunn has been mentioned as a potential starter for the Lakers before the start of the regular season, and this performance should certainly boost his chances of earning a role in the backcourt alongside Russell Westbrook. Nunn missed the entire 2021-22 season while rehabbing from a knee injury, but he seems healthy enough to contribute ahead of the upcoming campaign.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Excels in relief role

Nunn notched 21 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds and an assist across 19 minutes in Wednesday's 119-115 exhibition loss to the Suns. After starting Monday's preseason game, Nunn was supplanted by Patrick Beverley on Wednesday evening. This spot will be interesting moving forward, and a lot will depend on how well each player performs alongside Russell Westbrook. While Nunn is pure shooter with a lot of upside, Beverley has an intangible effect on the floor that doesn't always transfer to a good stat line. The position battle will be worth monitoring as fantasy drafts get underway.

  • Lakers' Kendrick Nunn: Not starting Wednesday

Nunn will come off the bench for Wednesday's preseason game against the Suns, Dan Woike of the Los Angeles Times reports. With the Lakers experimenting with a small-ball lineup Wednesday, Nunn will shift to the bench after recording nine points, two rebounds and one assist in 20 minutes of action as a starter during Monday's preseason opener against the Kings. Patrick Beverley will replace him in the starting five, joining Russell Westbrook, Austin Reaves, LeBron James and Anthony Davis.
